“So excited this shop opened up right around the corner from our house. We have loved stopping in for shakes and teas. The staff is always so kind and happy to help explain different options and combinations. Our kids love going here because they look forward to their kid sized shakes. Will definitely be a regulars because we love it so much!“
“I had the cod, my husband had the shrimp. Both were delicious!! The staff was very friendly! It was really busy and took a long time to get our food but it was understandable considering how busy it was. The spring rolls were delicious too!! I will be back often!“
“Oh my lord, all of the options looked scrumptious. We ordered a pistachio and chocolate croissant, Blackberry/Blueberry croissant, an Almond croissant, Smoked Salmon sandwich, Chicken sandwich and a loaf of Sourdough bread. Everything was excellent and very fresh. It's pricey but worth the splurge occasionally.“
“Cafe Amor has delicious coffee, sandwiches and traditional Mexican treats. The team is very kind and always provides excellent service! It’s a magical place where you can relax, view local art, attend events and even meet new friends!!100% recommend!“
“I really enjoy going into Season Market on regular basis in enjoying such a beautiful atmosphere with the most friendly welcoming service always. The variety of foods has kept me on track in eating healthier meals. I'm always meeting new friends and enjoying delicious coffee and soups during my visit. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ +Kid-friendliness: Simply the BEST!!!!“
“Been many places, eaten many breakfasts. Whoever prepared our food but their entire foot in the pot. Everything was prepared perfectly. The pancake was pancaking and the wings were crispy like grandma used to make them.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu plus a variety of waffles, panecakes and frenchtoast“
“We ate at Basan Detroit on a Saturday evening (we were among the first to arrive at 4pm). Overall, we had a positive experience. The cocktails and food were creative, and intriguing to our taste buds. We highly recommend and will come back again to try other menu items. Below is additional details of our dining experience. Place: New and at a great location. It's next to the Little Caesars Arena. We were worried about parking because of the hockey games, but because we arrived early we were able to find an inexpensive metered street parking (otherwise park at the garage or use valet). The interior is spacious, modern and elegant. Chairs are comfortable and there's adequate lighting. Services: Excellent. Our server was friendly and the restaurant staff made sure our glasses of water are always refilled and empty dishes were quickly taken away. Cocktails: Although I am usually a whiskey or bourbon person, the cocktails are creative and full of flavor. Ube-B was an interesting mix of vodka, berry, and crispy taste of black sesame, but delicious. Food: Flavorful and fulfilling. We walked away feeling like we were in heaven. We enjoyed all of our choices and definitely will come back again. Quick Review of our Choices: Cocktails: Baba Baba Old Fashioned (whiskey) - great mix for an old fashioned, just how I would like to enjoy it. Night City (bourbon) - little stronger than old fashioned, but perfect. Ube-Be (vodka) - an interesting mix of vodka, berry, and crispy taste of black sesame, but delicious. Swimming Bird (shochu - Japanese liquor)- First time I had shochu. The mix reminds me of lime sprite. I would enjoy having it again. Buns: Lobster- I did not try it, but looks appetizing. Fried Oyster- creamy with kimchi heat. Love it. Chicken Kastu- delectable, especially with curry. My favorite. Small: Chicken Liver Mousse- milk bread was crispy, and the chicken liver mouse was delicious (a bit chilled, but yummy nonetheless). Our favorite, we would have it again. Tornado Potato- great spiral potato, kinda like crispy chips with sauce. Gyoza- savory lamb stuffed gyoza and sweet potato puree, delightful combo. Large: Udon - creamy dish of noodles with eggs, there's a heat aftertaste, mild but delicious. Kalbi Short Ribs- appetizing and flavorable. Dessert: Tofu Donuts- we were hesitating because we are not a fan of Tofu, but this dessert surprised us. Taste just like cinnamon sugar Donuts. Careful, allow it to cool down to enjoy it. Soft Serve- vanilla soft serve in ginger waffle, ginger candies, and marshmallow, an interesting combo, but delicious and sweet.“
“From the moment we walked in the door we had a wonderful experience. The servers are all very friendly & attentive and the food came out fast and delicious. We had the Carmel Apple Waffle and the Fish & Chips, both were amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed with a welcome to the family vibe. We will definitely be back soon.“
“It's a remarkable tea/coffee junction where people of all age & sex congregate till in the evening. Wonderful and tasty snack abound. Both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangement makes it quite a relaxing place to be at. Wish to visit over and over.“
“I've been here probably a dozen times for coffee and snacks. Finally got a larger meal today. The bread (possibly sourdough) is amazing. Some of the best I've had In the city. And it was a generous chunk with my soup. Next time I'm getting a sandwich “
“I’ve been wanting a “go-to” place whenever I was craving something sweet but didn’t want to feel horrible afterwards. If you’re in the same boat, I highly recommend this place! 3-4 visits in total but I plan on stopping by more frequently, somehow every time the fruit and toppings are always fresh!Ocean Blue & Original Açaí (added chocolate chips) are the bowls we ordered in the photo given! Thank you for the wonderful service and convenience ?“
“First time coming here and I was so pleased with how many activities they have for toddlers other than the jungle gym area, there’s so much to do. You can spend hours here. The staff are super friendly , the place is very clean. Also we ordered lunch from next door and it was fantastic . This will definitely be our new to go place.“
“D-Spot Desserts Windsor is an absolute gem for anyone with a sweet tooth! From the moment you step inside, you're transported into a world of delightful desserts that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. The ambiance is vibrant and welcoming, with bright colors that instantly uplift your mood. The spacious layout ensures that even during busy times, you can find a comfortable spot to enjoy your treats, whether you're flying solo or with a large group of friends. Now, let's talk about the menu – it's extensive, to say the least! With so many tempting options to choose from, it's almost impossible to decide what to order. But fear not, because whatever you end up choosing is guaranteed to be a delight for your taste buds. The service, while good, could be a tad more attentive. However, once we asked for additional menus and assistance, the staff was more than accommodating and helpful. Special shoutout to the lovely lady who served us, she made our experience even more enjoyable with her warm and friendly demeanor. As for the desserts themselves, they are nothing short of spectacular. Whether you opt for the classic favorites like hot fudge sundaes and New York-style cheesecake, or venture into more adventurous territory with options like lotus cookie funnel cake, you're in for a treat. And let's not forget about the portions – they're generous enough to share with a friend, but so delicious you might not want to!I recently had the pleasure of trying their classic funnel cake and waffles, and let me tell you, they were absolute perfection. The funnel cake was crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and dusted with just the right amount of powdered sugar. And the waffles? Light, fluffy, and topped with fresh berries and whipped cream – it was like a brunch dream come true.In conclusion, if you're looking for a dessert spot that ticks all the boxes – delicious treats, vibrant ambiance, and friendly service – look no further than D-Spot Desserts Windsor. It's a five-star experience from start to finish, and I can't wait to go back for more sweet indulgence!“
“Really great coffee and bagel was yum. The egg on the bagel and chive cream cheese were also delicious.I’m a little confused about the shopping sections in the corner of the restaurant but I guess that’s cool that they’re supporting local business. It just threw me off and it would’ve been nice if there were more tables… I had to sit outside. Luckily it was a nice enough day.“
“Literally enjoyed my time here to study, the place is so chill. Service is great and the coffee is too! Desserts are yummy, my fav is the Caramel Milk Cake, I got it as a carry out and It didn't make it past the table ?I would like them to add just 1 or 2 warm savory items to the menu and bamn, they'll have to evict me! ?? Try this place if you want more comfort while studying, I'm sure you'll love it! ☺️“
“The food is absolutely worth it. I'm obsessed with their Patricia melt and every ?vegan?treat?is to weep for? Chefs kiss! The atmosphere is PERFECT if you enjoy hearing strangers conversations (which I do) and dimly lit places (which I absolutely do I'm hideous).Great joint!Vegetarian options: They got veggies don't you worry :3Dietary restrictions: It's pretty much a health hub, whatever restrictions you have they'll likely be able to accommodate.“
“Rose latte and tomato basil soup are *cgef’s kiss* delicious. I recently visited three days in a row because of how yummy the food. It is a tiny restaurant and the prices are in the more expensive side (20% tip is factored in to the prices). There is a good amount of street “
“This is a great place to try Herbalife energy teas & meal replacement shakes with delicious flavors! Gotta check out their specials and bring a friend! Below is their “Over the Rainbow” tea bomb it’s so good!Kid-friendliness: Bring the kiddos! They have kids shakes packed with vitamins and protein.“
“This is the place to go for some amazing gelato, bread, and an authentic, neighborly atmosphere. Hands down! Employees are fantastic, gelato flavors are amazing, and even the patrons will give you a nod, smile, and the friendly comment about the espresso - or the football game that day.“
“I love this place! Best breakfast sandwich in town! Get a lemon bar if you can grab one before they sell out! I have had some minor customer service issues like needing to ask to have tables cleaned and forks not being stocked (you have to grab your own and when they are out you’re stuck with food getting cold) but they have always been resolved with a smile.“
“This will sound fake but it’s not I promise it was just that good, The food was amazing, we were a whole group of 7 and everyone’s meal was amazing, the vibe was beautiful and they’re fries and sandwiches were honestly fresh. Their coffee was good too, we were surprised no one else was there“
“This is the best nutrition place I've been too so far. They have a variety of shakes/teas and are ready to answer any questions you might have. Always playing good music and with a cute atmosphere. I recommend the Mud Pie or Birthday Cake shakes; Fish Bowl or Sour Gummy Worm Teas.“
“I visited this shop today. I purchased cheesecakes, cupcakes and banana bread (all keto). I’d like to start by saying that their customer service is EXCELLENT. The quality and taste of the items I’ve purchased is amazing. I’m definitely going back and recommending this shop to everyone! I had a great experience.“
“Located in the back corner of Windsor Crossing Premium Outlet, this Cafe is pretty unique in Windsor where you can order snacks or beverages and play board games with friends/family as well. There is a wide variety of boards games to choose from and there's also a small area with a couch and video game section. The atmosphere is clean and cozy with plenty of room to socialize and to play with others, although they charge a fee to play the games, if your total per person is high enough from the snacks/food, they will waive it (I believe it's $15).The service is friendly and prices are fair. Overall, I recommend giving this place a try if you want to hang out with friends/family. Or even hang out here while the rest of your family or partner is shopping at the outlet mall.Parking: Located in Windsor Crossing Premium Oulet, there is plenty of spots to park, located in back corner of outlet“
“We had the opportunity to try BonDivan. The cafe is located inside Sheeba. It’s so beautiful. They have a nice seating area. It’s elegant, comfortable and so welcoming. We ordered almond croissant, pistachio cheesecake and cappuccino. The almond croissant was quite big. It was served warm. It was not crunchy or flaky. It was soft. I prefer it with flake and crunch. The filling was also not evenly spread. It tasted good though. The pistachio cheesecake had the right amount of sweetness. It was so yummy. The cappuccino was like any other cappuccino. Overall, it was a great experience. They have a lot more on the menu to offer. Will be returning to try. There is a parking lot in the back. Do check them out.“
“Great spot to grab some baked goods!I’ve tried almost everything they have to offer since they opened and most of it was pretty good.Recently however, multiple things have changed!- Some prices were raised (which is fine for certain items).- Not as much variety in pastries.- Signs were posted on the tables for guests to only stay for a maximum of 30 minutes between 10am - 2pm which are breakfast, brunch and lunch hours. Given that Kava is only open 8am-4pm!I personally find that unethical!I recommend to try KAVA for sure.“
“I ordered my gender reveal cake from here. They did an amazing job. I needed it to taste and look great and they did not disappoint. It was 100% vegan and everyone loved it! Thank God I cut myself the 1st slice because there was nothing left to take home all of the vegans and non vegans said it was delicious and kept asking where I got it. I called just a few days before my event and they still made it happen. I will be getting all of my future cakes, cupcakes and dessert from them. Oh and they also had the best price out of all of the vegan bakeries I called to inquire about a gender reveal cake without a 3week to a month wait time.“
“I regularly visit this cafe for my morning coffee and have always had a great experience with my drinks, friendly workers and the other regulars. This morning there was a rude customer that woke up and chose to be hateful (Islamophobic) towards me and my friends while we were waiting in line to order. Thank you to the worker that refused to give service to the entitled customer and being patient while they threw a tantrum and also to the lovely customer that stood up for us.I'm from Windsor and already know that one person's actionsdoes not represent the majority here and I'm thankful that despite everything happening nowadays, there are still kind people around. To the customer that was spewing hate, I think a walk by the riverside might help you vent your anger towards the world or therapy :)Will definitely continue coming here.“
“Best coffee shop in the 'burg! Great coffee and cappuccino! Oat and almond milk available as well as a variety of syrups to customize your drinks. Friendly staff, laid back atmosphere and fair prices all make this place like a second home to its many loyal customers.Vegetarian options: Almond and oat milk lattes are the best here!Parking: Lots of parking spots on the street in front and behind the building on Ramsay St. Access the parking lot to the left of the bakery.Kid-friendliness: Lots of colouring books and toys on hand for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible!“
“Found a delicious vanilla latte; plus the dirty chai was super strong and had a unique spiced flavor. The chocolate chip cookie was excellent, soft but with crispy edges, just like I like it, and the yummy chocolate bites mmm so sweet. The eggy breakfast sandwich was perfect on a fluffy savory biscuit. It had an interesting cream cheese spread mixed in making the eggs nice and creamy and the pickle slices made for a nice surprise. I do wish we got a bit more of the side salad because I enjoy my greens! The neighborhood doesn't seem like the safest, but it was still great to stop by this chill spot by chance during our visit to Detroit!“
“Love this place! Great food with lots of flavour! Nice people working and just a totally welcoming environment! Love the music and they are always playing local music often! As a student the good quality/healthy food that meets many of mine and my friends different dietary needs!Whenever I order anything I don't like they offer to make me a new one! Wayyyyy nicer than any other place near my campus!I can't express how much I love this café! As a small townie moving to this city it's like a slice of home! Not only that but they are dog friendly and have lots of quirky little elements to breath good vibes into the place!“
“My husband and I popped in for a quick breakfast and really enjoyed our food. The sourdough may have been some of the best I’ve had outside San Francisco. They took pride in the quality of their food which is something I always appreciate too!“
“I just went inside the business for coffee. The service was great. The employee was engaging and the decor is niceWheelchair accessibility: Door entrance and common areas are spacious enough for mobility devices and have accessible bathrooms“
“We recommend the carrot cake and apple fritter muffin very yummy. They serve both breakfast and lunch till 3pm.They also have a large selection of desserts and hot and cold drinks.Conveniently located at the Navy Yard Park in downtown Amherstburg.Wheelchair accessibility: Not available.Must use stairs to enter.“
“One of my favorite coffee spots in the D! A bit unique in that you can have your coffee beverage made of any of the many types of beans and roasts they have available thanks to their Javabot that uses a system of tubes connecting their various types of beans to the barista station. Kind of fits with the whole factory vibe They also have the types of coffee broken up into Full bodied (dark roasts), balanced (medium roast), and mild roasts in case you need some guidance as to what to choose. Want your latte made with Jamaica Blue Mountain beans? No problem! I usually take my coffee black as a pour over, aeropress or drip so I do the "brew by the cup" option which I think they do as an Americano but don't quote me on that. It is pretty unique. You can of course also by whole beans as well which I usually do. They are located in the lobby of First National building at Campus Martius so you can easily do some site seeing after grabbing your cuppa Joe. Parking in the area is usually street parking a few blocks away or the parking structures on Congress.“
“The MOCAD Café is a relaxing and very chill café located directly inside the Museum of Contemporary Art. As expected, the space is designed thoughtfully and exudes relaxation. It has an urban-industrial feel with a touch of modernism. The big garage windows allow for plenty of natural light - when it's warm, they're open to allow a nice breeze. There are many tables with chairs, creating a perfect atmosphere for small group gatherings or a quiet work sesh'.Not only do they sell coffee, tea, and baked goods sourced locally, but there's also a fully stocked bar with a rotating seasonal menu. Many of the cocktails are bright and refreshing, having been curated by the bartenders. Pricing is fair, as well. The staff are always friendly and kind, and the service has been nothing short of splendid. You don't need to visit the museum to visit the café, as it's located directly to the right of you as you enter the museum. Stop in for a drink or treat, and enjoy the museum if you have time.“
“This is an amazing addition to Windsor. It was above my expectations. The facility is beautiful and clean. It does not smell of cats or litter . The process is well organized and they have beautiful things to look at and buy while you wait your turn to see the cats.I can't wait to be back with my daughter .The cappuccino was also great !“
“I found this coffee shop on my last trip out to MI. I have been craving it since. It was my first stop when we landed. The baristas were super nice and helpful. We got our coffee quickly and accurately. My Mocha was so good! (You'd be surprised how many coffee shops mess up such a simple drink) I dont know what it is about Biggby coffee, but it is so good! I wish Biggby was as big as starbucks is everywhere. It isn't fair that only MI has them. Keep making amazing coffee! Thank you all for the happiness in my cup in the mornings! I can't wait til our next trip out so I can get my fix!“
“My friends and I stopped in for a quick coffee and baked good before setting off for the day. The coffee was brewed fresh and the shopping fun began in the store picking up a few Michigan goods and smoked salts. This coffee shop has a little bit of everything from the beans to spices. Stop by and enjoy the smells!“
“The only thing I would change about this business is that they're not open year round, because when they're closed, I really miss them!Great coffee and a huge variety of drinks and ice cream. There is a cute little area outside where you can sit and fun, eccentric decor inside. Definitely check them out!“
“My coworkers and I come here almost everyday! We love the atmosphere and the Biggby team is always so helpful and friendly! They also make great suggestions if you don’t know what you want to order, which is great for someone such as myself who tends to be indecisive. Would definitely recommend! ?“
“Cute location area you can come into while.watching the traffic if you wish to.The staff here was very accommodating when I wished to have my ice coffee medium cream and sugar. At first I got the creams and sugar in the raw in a container. I never had them handed to me as usually Dunkin or Tim Hortons just makes it and I usually tell them I want medium of each or else it might be too sweet. I guess I assumed Biggby would be like them in that regard but they're a bit better I found. In order I rate,.Biggby #1, Tim's #2, DD dead last.“
“Such a cute cafe with pastries like meat pies, spinach pies, cheese pies and SANDWICHES. First time here, and I'm beyond impressed with the options for food. I will be coming back again.Vegetarian options: Many many veggie options. Spinach, cheese and mini pizzas are vegetarian options.“
“First I'd like to express how delighted I am with this cafe's staff who are always cheerful and welcoming. Their food is extremely fresh, and I am amazed at the wide selection of choices they offer in their bright, and very clean cafe. Try their soups, usually 3 or 4 choices that change each day. I like to get their lamb shawermas too, and really, their mediterrabean offerings are tasty! They also do a bunch of yummy sandwiches made right on the spot to order. I tend to try their daily specials, as those are usually being prepared and cooked freshly just moments before lunchtime. You might find a mac n cheese one day, a lasagne the next. Today I'm enjoying their spiced chicken. You can clearly see all of the ingredients offered, and if you arrive early in the day, they do a breakfast selection to keep you going. As their clean, bright, cozy space is take-out only, the outdoor deck is only 20 feet away, a nice place to eat on non-Winter days. There is a padded bench just inside nearby in a pinch. They're a family business, so please do come and satisfy your hunger.“
“I love this new coffee place! The espresso shakers and the ham and swiss breakfast sandwich are my new go-to breakfast grabs. I can’t get enough! Drive thru can be a little slow, but much faster than some other local chains and small business shops.Parking: There’s some parking spots with a walk up window if the line gets too backed up or you mobile order.“
“If you're ever on Grosse Ile this is a great little local diner with good food at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and neat. Definitely full of many locals that come here on a regular basis. Good all American food. We came here for breakfast and had a delightful time.“
“Came here on a recommendation from a friend. He said this place was great, and he wasn't wrong. My favorite was the Jalapeño Popper Perogi, but I also enjoyed the potato-onion Perogi, too. It was something different for us, and I am glad we tried it. Delicious! If you're curious about seating, yes, there are 3 booths and a couple of small tables inside. Although carryout was extremely popular.“
