I've been here twice so far. The customer service is great! The employees are nice & helpful. The lattes are delicious, I had a hot one on my 1st visit & an iced one on my 2nd. I deducted a star for 2 reasons: One, there is no 'Rose Cafe' signage on the outside of the building, so I passed it on my 1st visit & so did others who I was meeting with. A little annoying to do the turn around on Telegraph during peak hours. And second, they only offer treats to eat (cookies, cake pops...read full review
