I come to this Panera Bread Cafe once or twice a week and have a great experience more often than not. I do not often write reviews. A young girl named Heba often helps me order my breakfast on Saturdays and she is a ray of sunshine. She is always happy to accommodate me and my mother and we are always elated to see her working. I had a soup and a cup of coffee. The soup was great, the coffee was ok. Service was very slow, the place was too crowded for some people using the place as a library. Taking a lot of seats and tables from customers who want to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Two employees are waiting on a long line of agitated customers.

Ordered the new chicken melt and was VERY disappointed! It wasn't even toasted so it was cold, not to mention it barely had anything in it so I basically paid for bread. The baguette that came with my soup was old and hard as a rock. This was first and last time at this
