Very bad service and too slow and doesn't know how to work with customers and they doesn't give you all your order the who makes food talk more then work and that's make slow very slow

I ordered a sky the limit and it was the wrong drink and my glazed donuts they put a Boston cream donut in my bag , they also messed up my sister coffee she get a mocha ice coffee with double double and it’s bitter this isn’t first time my order isn’t done properly. I had a bug in my ice last time I called no answer just unprofessional

The staff is short and rude. The food is subpar. They don't even explain or let you know that when you order certain items, they come with multiple options, not just one. The prices don't always match the menu on the drive thru. Overall not the best.

I love Tim hortons! But this location is the worst, it’s the closest to my house but yet when I want to get Tim Hortons I drive to farther locations to get it. Needs better management and customer

Another place with a friendly, informed employee. Ali waited on us and was very patient ( and helpful) with me, even though I didn't know what I wanted. I didn't ask but I hope he is the manager. Did I mention that he was extremely helpful? I'm not usually a big fan of fast-food employees because of the quality of service...or rather lack of. Intelligent and friendly, Tim Hortons should be proud of Ali as an asset to their bottom line!
