Absolutely delicious! Since leaving New Jersey, which is the land of milk and good bread, I have committed myself to finding good bread here in metro Detroit. There have been many places that come close, but literally this is the best bread I've had in years. The staff and owners and chefs and everyone were just absolutely so friendly. They gave me some samples of foods that I'd never tried. They even offered some olives for me to eat. I hate olives, but I loved those...
