Sesame House in Dearborn Heights is a highly recommended restaurant that offers authentic Lebanese cuisine with a focus on quality and freshness. The establishment is praised for its fresh baked goods, including soft croissants and staple Lebanese items, which are baked on-site rather than bought wholesale. Visitors appreciate the genuine taste that closely resembles food made in Lebanon, with flavorful, well-seasoned dishes that reflect true Levantine flavors. The menu is diverse, catering to different tastes, and features popular items such as meat on croissant bread and labneh.
The ambiance is cozy, clean, and welcoming, creating a pleasant environment for diners. The staff is friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Customers also enjoy the coffee, especially the Shibam, which is said to make the best coffee with foam design on top. In addition to dining, Sesame House offers Lebanese grocery items and desserts, making it a good spot for both meals and shopping. Overall, Sesame House is known for its honest owners, hard work, high-quality food, and fair prices.
