Wow I forgot about this gem and she’s almost down the street from my house. A coworker said she was ordering her holiday meal from Veronica‘s and so I called very last minute to see if she had anything left over. She told me to come up after everybody picked up their meals and see what I wanted. I think I got mostly everything that they made for the holidays, except they ran out of city chicken. We had Veronica's Catering for our first Polish Dinner last night at St. Kateri Church with over 100 people in attendance, and we had a beautiful, delicious meal with great desserts. Jacob and Kathy were wonderful to work with. We highly recommend them!
