Horrible customer service
I walk in to pick up my order that is ready, the cashier is on the phone and we make eye contact. As soon as I walk to the counter she leaves continuing her phone call outside and makes me wait 10 minutes while she finishes her call. Then she comes back to cash me out with an attitude for being upset that I had to wait for her to finish her call. Completely unprofessional. Her name was Abeer. LMAOO now there using bot accounts from India to act like she is a good worker. How about properly training your employees instead of doing all that extra stuff.

I had such an amazing experience at this fast food restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless, bright, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Abeer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She greeted me with a smile, took my order quickly, and even checked to make sure everything tasted great once I sat down.
The food came out fast, hot, and fresh — exactly how you want it! The fries were perfectly crispy, the burger was juicy and full of flavor, and everything tasted freshly made. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency here. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food you get.
What stood out most was the great customer service. It’s rare these days to see someone like Abeer who truly takes pride in her work and makes customers feel valued. She made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude and attention to detail.
