I honestly feel like my order was purposely put last! 2 others customers came in and place an order got their food all within 15 min. All I had was a 6 in sub/fries- ordered at 3:03 at 3:20 I still didn’t have my food! WHOLE LUNCH BREAK WASTED smelling food! IM HIGHLY IRRITATED AND ANNOYED I’m leaving with no food! I only get 30 min of lunch! And the fact I had to waste it sitting here thinking I was going to get food?! Unacceptable

Let’s just start by saying I love Alanos and I have been coming here for years and still plan on coming again. I’m writing this because when I came in today while it was packed I was honestly happy with the customer service, I was greeted with a smile and patience through all the chaos. The cashier was a young woman who was so nice to everyone, apologized to anyone who was waiting too long, and had this amazing attitude with every costumer in-front of me, myself, and the ones behind me. Like I said earlier I love Alanos, but I love it more now knowing that their workers are on top of everything and are so kind, unlike other places. Can’t wait to come back soon!
