First of all, the quality of the meat was very good. It was not some lean protein, but nice, moist, and tasty.

The Food is Exceptional. in addition to the great food the service is top notch. the portions are generous. this was an all around great experience. I'm currently in the middle of my meal and felt it was necessary to add this review before even finishing. Well done guys. keep it up

As for the sub itself it was good and they weren't shy to add to meat. The meat felt like a higher quality than the other food trucks. The bread was very disappointing though, it was soggy and no crunch. I give the sub an 8/10.
I wouldn't say I got the bang for my buck, but it's definitely one of the better food...
