Been going to Alvinos for years. My favorite pizza joint. I will bring my children and my future grandchildren to this place to enjoy that amazing crispy crust bbq chicken pizza with that divine ranch and bam bam sauce. WOW this place is a treasure that I will support for years to come ?

The pizza had good flavor, but geez man they really dump on that sauce. I could have went for about half as much sauce as they put on, you can tell that the crust is crispy and well-cooked, but the sauce just makes it soggy.
The cheese they use seems pretty low quality. It's fresh mozzarella, but it all just kind of falls off the pie. I feel like this place has potential but they just need to stop putting on an excess amount of sauce.

My wife made an order and when she got there, they said they made a mistake and gave away our order. My wife had to wait another 45 minutes to remake our order, then it was missing two of the items. This is the third time that they have forgotten items on our orders, but have always given them another chance. Spoke to the manager (Jay) whom was very rude and did not offer any apology for the inconvenience. I have been going there for a very long time and will not go there again. Will be sure that no one from family or friends go there as well. Understand that mistakes happen, however, it’s the managers job to make it right. That did not happen here.

Employees on the front are simply incompetent. Months and months of consistent snafus it is now difficult to brush it off. Website is not updated, you order something and then they call you to let you know it does not exist and then tell you they can refund but have to give credit for a future order. Then they mess the order. Waiting at the window for pick up is extremely long. I don't advise going through the window at all. Best is to park, get inside and pick up your order. Prices are also expensive.
The food is good and is the only good thing about this place.

I wish I could give zero stars. I was staying in Dearborn (frequent traveler from Ohio for sporting events) and was so excited to try this place, as the locals raved about it. I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order my experience turned terrible, very quickly! We booked a room down the street (imperial suites; highly recommend) and were happy this place was so close as we attended the Yankees vs Tigers game and were exhausted from traveling. I ordered 2 bottles of water, 2 pizzas, and some pizza roll up item. (that thing was phenomenal and I wish I had only ordered that) I picked up from the window and the younger female working was very rude. She opened the window to immediately tell me that they don’t serve bottled water and said she would just give me 2 cups of tap water instead…no thanks. I paid for bottled water and ordered directly from their website. She said she had no idea why I would order bottle water and pay for it when they didn’t even have it on their menu. As if I somehow selected something off the menu…so immediately I felt stupid. I asked if I could have something else considering I paid for the drinks, and she told me “ you can’t go anywhere and pay $2 for drinks, not even buying 1 two liter for $4. ($4 total for the bottles of water from THEIR website) she was super unprofessional and I wasn’t being rude to her at all to deserve that treatment. Then, I get my food back to the hotel only to find the $47 order turned out to be for 2 personal size pizzas with hardly any toppings..and the crust was paper thin! Truly disappointing and such a waste of money. We ended up getting slices of pizza from the near by liquor store (mikes party store I think was the name) and they were delicious!! I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. I also never got the first time customer discount even after applying my code that was texted to me.

Awesome halal pizza spot ?The 18 inch pizzas are amazing especially with their cajun crust ? I've gotten it twice with chicken and it's hot and fresh with just the right amount of cheese ? Also tried the Buffalo Ranchero boneless wings they were better than I expected and different than any other wings I had ? They have a very convenient pickup window as well and two charging stations outside for electric cars ⚡️
