Letting people wait to order for over ten minutes then getting upset when you're asked if someone can at least place a order so their food can get in line to be made instead of watching drive thru orders being taken left and right, isn't how to do your job. And I don't know about off the dress codes, but seeing someone in the kitchen handling food and everything in full pajamas and a nightgown was very off putting. If you don't like people, and wearing work clothes, do a job where you won't deal with people, and they don't have uniforms.

This Arby’s is the world worst location here in Michigan north telegraph in Dearborn trust me you don’t wanna eat here unless you don’t mind food poisoning and rude management I guess corporate said f service & the customer get the money

I ordered online and went to pick up my order. I waited 15 minutes for my order. I got home with my order and none of it was correct. We ordered 3 combo's and all of the sandwiches were wrong. I called and told them and they told me to come back and they would have it replaced. When I got there, I had brought back the food except for one sandwich that my son started to eat. The manger told me that she couldn't replace that sandwich. She argued with me and said those are the rules. She had an attitude right from the start. I had to have my husband drive the other partially eaten sandwich back to the store. The manager was terrible! Very unprofessional! I will never come back to this store.

Ordered four regular roast beef sandwich, waited 35 minutes before wanting a refund and then had to wait another 15 before i could leave. Watched them several my order to a half dozen other customers before I finally left.
The place was dirty and the employees were just aimlessly wandering around pretending to look busy. The only person working was the manager.

One of the worst arbys I've ever been too the front counter staff is clueless don't take orders correctly and the kid that works the drive thru shouldn't be employed went in the evening and a simple transaction took 25 min the cashier with the overly long nails was rude and lazy as hell
Literally an onion sandwich.. but y’all have the MEATS? WHERE?? $8 sandwich with 2 slices of turkey 😒 I will not be visiting this location again.
Pick up order was ready in the 6 minutes it takes to drive here. Fast and accurate.
