Everything I have gotten from here was burnt $25 worth of food burnt Both visits The cook was making cinnabuns answered the phone with her gloves on and kept talking just to go back and touch all the food with the same gloves ? Never ever going here again Waste of time and money

59.00 and 32 minutes later my order was burned! Horrible. One of the mini dogs got loose rolled around on the pick up counter and the guy picked it up and started to throw in the bag until I closed the bag up and said that mini is dirty. He said we just cleaned the counter. Never to return. Stupid arabs.

My son who is 8 years old put the first bill in the collection box($20). Came back the next day for another pretzel and the $20 was gone. My son was heartbroken when he realized what happen. SMH disgusting people!

I know that this place has new management because Jesus Christ, what are y’all doing. I’m amazed how inspection has not shut you guys down. Most unhygienic food location I have ever witnessed. One worker is on buttering duty and dips his entire sleeve into the butter. You’d assume they’d start a fresh batch of butter. No, why would they. I was waiting for my order and they thought they were smart trying to heavy load cinnamon and sugar on my burnt pretzel. You guys are that lazy to just explain to me you messed up and needed another 10 minutes? There’s this fat worker who I also saw his hands into the ice and just munch on it. Like genuinely how are you guys still open lol You’re better off buying pretzel at a different location that isn’t at meijers or fairlane

When I was thinking about ordering auntie Anne’s for the first time, I saw this heavy set worker reach his dirty hands into the ice and started chewing. He even threw some ice cubes back into the pile if he picked too many up. Absolutely disgusting, imagine how unsanitary the pretzels must be if you have to worry about your drinks.

I accidentally placed an online order for this location instead of another location. I quickly realized it and called requesting a refund which was denied by the owner because they already made the order. All I ordered was pretzel nuggets they could quickly resell them to somebody else. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. But I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location and will be calling corporate.

Too bad this is one of the closest auntie annes by me. Can’t even go to the one in meijers because I see the same heavy set guy at both of them. For whatever reason, they all look pissy. No matter how many times I come here, I always see the prices increasing. I went to another auntie annes location and a pretzel cost 3.99 compared to this location 6-7$ for one pretzel. Fat man was pretty pricky when cashiering. Wish they had better staff. You can tell this place doesn’t have mannerism just by their body language, face, and tone. Only sweet one is the older white lady.
I love Auntie Annie's food but I will never grace this establishment again if it was the last one in Michigan. If you love stale pretzels...this is your spot! I LOVE Auntie Ann's but this location ALWAYS has stale pretzels even after asking to make sure they are fresh they will lie and say yeah of course ?
