The issue I have I think it's in the wrong spot. Having it east of ford rd was a bad idea. I think if it was built going west on ford rd this location would do massive numbers. Trying to make a left coming west lol actually risking it all. But place is ?

The atmosphere in this place was disgusting. The cashier MONA A. Have a big attitude problem that needs to be fixed. She was not friendly and not polite at all. I will never come here ever again. The customer service was trash.

I went there today for a pretzel and it was badley burned on the bottom. I asked for another one and I was told they would have to make me a fresh one and they all come out like that. It was very unappetizing. Quality control needs to be closely inspected at this location.

Super clean place. Fantastic service. Lots of food being made so everything was fresh. I hqve ZERO complaints about this location. I could only give 3 stars because it's pretzels and pretzel bites. If that's your favorite snack then this is a must visit for you. For me personally... meh. I hope this review gets read because the owner and employees at this location were top shelf. I am just personally not a huge fan of the menu. There is a Cinnabon located inside this location though. For me that's where it is at.

Wonderful Auntie Anne's / Cinnabon. They make everything fresh if requested and have halal beef hotdogs in a pretzel if you're craving a savory bite. Super friendly and helpful staff, too. Will definitely be visiting again.
