I frequent this restaurant on a regular basis. I have no complaint about my food or the people who work so hard in the back preparing it. My complaint is with the young men who work the counter. They need training in Customer service, how to greet a customer and not be rude. They need to understand you don't hand a customer an ice cream cone with their bare hands directly after working the cash register and taking my money. They need to know how to greet a customer "not what do you want". I really feel like I'm bothering them when I come in the store to place an order. The lady who works the drive thru is Great! I think I'll just order through the driver thru from now on.

Food was excellent and fast. Service was pretty good. Felt a little uncomftorable as the employees might have forgotton they were at a place of buisness. Their overley loud converations were probably not the best for customers to hear while trying to eat. Id still go back though. They did their jobs perfectly. This was probably the best food ive ever gotten from an a&w

I love this location. Always good service good food. Always very clean. #1 hangout spot with the grandbabies. This last visit was my first time using the high chair, they need to be dipped in bleach overnight and resealed for easy cleaning.
