This was my first time at Bakri Coffee since it’s one of the only coffee shops open on christmas and even with how packed it was, I had a really good experience. I wasn’t expecting much because the line was long, but I actually got my drink pretty fast.
Amani was the one who helped me at the counter and she was genuinely great, very bubbly, friendly, patient, and didn’t make me feel rushed even though there were people everywhere. She suggested the hot nescafé, and it was 10/10. Little things like being greeted nicely and getting a good recommendation make a big difference, especially on your first visit. Definitely coming back 😊

Today was my first time visiting and was helped by the lovely Amani. She's a crown jewl of this place and a hard worker. She made mine and my friend's experience a fantastic one with great suggestions n exceptional service. Hope the owner is reading these reviews and appreciates his employees because employees like Amani are very rare. I should know as I've managed north of 10 multi million dollar stores.
The shop is stunning inside, great ambience, great products and very comfortable seating. Really can't find much to complain about. Keep in mind their parking lot is tiny. Nonetheless, worth a visit and looking forward to trying other items.

I don't know, maybe it's just me. I ordered a simple latte and I had to throw it away. Their coffee is burned or way overrated and I felt they added water to the milk. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's how it tastes. Unfortunately, I won't try it again. I think Coffee is really about taste, and this is not my type of coffee.

I got a brown sugar shaken espresso and first of all, I got it w oat milk and it does not taste like oat milk AT ALLL! Secondly why is the drink like 3/4th full? I have not drank anything yet and this is how it looked when I first got it. It doesn’t taste good and you can literally see that just based off the color. So disappointed. And it’s $9???? If you’re gonna charge $9 for a cup of coffee, the least u can do is fill up the cup and make it good.
Got a chai tea latte and a strawberry shortcake matcha latte after trying both of those at from another coffee shop, and wow— the disappointment. My husband and I couldn’t even drink more than a sip of each.

This place makes good coffee. Its a good place if you want to have a conversation with someone. But not an ideal study atmosphere in my opinion. Technically its difficult to find a coffee shop that is suitable for studying. I prefer coffee shops that put calm music at a low volume (the level of volume that you wouldn't notice unless you concentrate on whats going on around you). Other than that i think this place is great for spending some time drinking coffee and having a conversation with someone.

I really wanted to like my drink so bad but it literally taste like milk i ordered a spiced chai latte and it’s not much chai in it just a lot of milk and it’s not spiced at all. Can’t finish my drink because it not what i expected
