I used to come here 100% for the salmon sliders, even in the freezing cold because they were THAT GOOD. Very unfortunate they got rid of them because it was the best thing on the menu. Doesn’t make sense when companies get rid of the most popular things it was like the chicken wrap of mcdonals

TLDR: No one acknowledged us AT ALL except the hostess. We sat there without getting any drinks or menus, but rather people walking past us for quite a bit. Will not return.
Full review: My boyfriend and I just came in hoping to enjoy some good food. The hostess seated us quickly; however, we sat there for quite a bit without getting anything. No drinks, menus, or even eye contact, but multiple servers walking past us as if we were invisible. We ended up deciding to set a timer on one of our phones till we’d bring attention to this. Of course, the timer went off and my boyfriend was about to bring this up; however, we decided to just leave instead. Don’t bother coming here, there are other WAY BETTER Bar Louie locations else where.

TLDR: GOT A TABLE BUT NO ONE SERVED US
Bar Louie has good food but this location has terrible service. We got a table, and about four or five servers / waiters just walked past us without acknowledging us, giving a menu, or water. It's like we didn't exist. Give your money to another location nearby. Give your money to people who actually serve you.

I guess the bar recently came under new management. Manager refused to allow the bartender to make us flavored cocktails when we clearly seen the flavored syrup on the bar. My friend ordered a strawberry lemon drop and the manager straight up told her no. We used to love this bar but we won’t be returning after that.

Pretty poor experience. Bad drinks and burgers had to be remade multiple times. Not worth the time. Waitress was friendly.
Dietary restrictions: Very poor, won't follow requests. If I hadn't policed it and not sent back, i would have died.
this is what our espresso martini looked like 😭 for how much we paid it a was crazy cuz we had to wait so long for silverware while our food sat in front of us for like 10 minutes. it’s not even busy or anything idk why the service was so bad lol. food was fire tho

If I could leave no stars I would. The level of customer service is horrible. I feel like we were being stereotyped. I was here for over an hour waiting on my food. Just to be told my food order was not put into the system. The bartender Ashley G was not helpful, kind, or attentive. I had to wait over ten minutes to attempt to pay my bill. After talking to Manger “Qad”, with no resolution I decided to pay my bill and leave. My experience here was horrible.
