Bash Mansour Bakery is an excellent spot in Dearborn for authentic Lebanese bread. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and the texture of the bread is perfect soft yet crisp at the edges. The cheese and honey combination is especially good, a great balance of sweet and savory that really stands out. Definitely one of the best places in the area for traditional Lebanese baked goods!

I ate the cheese, it's thick with mozzarella, it's a folded pizza. It's not bad.
We got two of the kafta, meat, pizza and cheese. All were good. Filling, easy and small. The cheese had a decent amount. The kafta feels like more meat than the meat, which looks like a small layer. All still good either way and nicely seasoned.
Their kafta, seasoned beef, pizza and cheese pies are good because they don't make them too big. They are a smaller hand held then some in the area.
Next time I need to try their Zaatar and cheese bread, mansour kayak.

I LOVE THIS BAKERY !!! The food is ahhmaziinggg. I usually get meat wit cheese a few pepperoni rolls and some spinach pies. I’m always satisfied and definitely worth the drive for me it’s 20 min away but idc I will always come here and get my family bakery food!!!
