Asked for a chocolate milkshake and was given a vanilla. They only had 6 Flavors and no chocolate ice cream or syrup. Didn’t tell me that until they gave me the vanilla one. Not returning. Use to love Baskin and. Robbins.

Twice I went to get the advertised small banana split, "sorry we don't have bananas" okay, so don't advertise a small banana split, and have no bananas! solution... Send your employee to the grocery and pick up some.. next time i went to buy a quart of Baskin Robbins signature flavor.. Pralines n cream... didn't have any in the store?? had less than 15 flavors... thought they had 31 flavors.... used to be a good place.. don't waste your time there....
