Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders

Yesterday, I made the mistake of ordering from this location. My intention was to order from the Michigan ave location. When I arrived, it was confirmed I ordered from the other location across town.

As a courtesy I called this location to apologize and let them know I made a mistake. I understand this was a burden to them, but it was an honest mistake.

I was met with “your order is done” 2 times as in “not accepting your apology come get your food” .

I explained I live 3 blocks from the Michigan location and was very sorry.

She hung up in my face. And she called the location I was at and told them not to take my order. Of course they were very nice and understanding, they mentioned this happens and to not worry.

I hate to give them such a bad review, but until I go there and have a better experience, I feel justified as a customer to let others know what type of people are employed at this location.

The food and service here is generally okay, however, do NOT order a grinder at this location. The bread is ALWAYS crunchy on the outside but wet an soggy inside. Stick strictly to pizzas here.

Haven’t eaten inside the restaurant but have been there to pickup orders. I’ve ordered here twice, first was pizza and it was mediocre… nothing special. Tonight I had a taste for wings, should have ordered from Leo’s. These wings were definitely frozen then air fried then tossed in hot sauce. Unfortunate.

I ordered a Bellacino Club, I substitute the ham and bacon for the capicola, no turkey, I ordered their fries at $1.99 I received a half of a bag. Called they said I have $5.00 off on my next ordered, for the sandwich, but that's how their fries come👎

I use to patronize this business for years, was shopping at the plaza and visited today for a dinner pickup @ pizza . Worst mistake ever a total rip off at pricing and quantity. Manager on duty was very rude, but hey they did refund me five dollars. Never again!!!

This location does a pretty good job. I usually order modified dishes and they take the time to get it right! I appreciate that. My food is always hot.

Health inspector needs too be called. Kids talking over food and horse playing , coughing and lint falling on food🤮🤮 waste of money highly unrecommended!!! Customer service is also trash

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Ordered one half and one full sandwich with fries, only to receive two halves. After calling to inform them of their mistake, they told us they would make the other half “free of charge.” Well, I would hope so—I already paid for it.

We requested another side of fries for the inconvenience, considering ours would be cold by the time we went back to get the sandwich we originally ordered. However, they said they couldn’t accommodate that. We brought the food back so they could see for themselves, and the craziest offer was made—to put the fries we had already taken home back in the oven.

If you want the possibility of a foodborne illness, I highly recommend this place in Dearborn.

Falsely advertises ice cream. You travel there and no ice cream

The lady that was working on 4-23-24 at 8pm was extremely rude with a nasty attitude and mean facial expression I work in this plaza and order here often she needs to be fired or me and my co workers will never order here again! Unacceptable!
