We were there a whole 2 1/2 hours the service was so slow and the place was very dirty. We were there an hour before the chef ever came to our table and it took almost 1/2 an hour to get our drinks and they even messed up my Fuji apple sake, which I get all the time and I’ve never had to specify to come cold, it came hot. 2/19 party of 7 for a birthday. Reservation was sat late. Cook was late to table. Although meal specifics were asked for, none we followed. 6 of us ordered beef, it was all cooked together at same temp and over cooked, tough and chopped into tiny pieces..oddly tiny pieces for no reason. Chicken was over cooked. Shrimp was rubber.
