Besides the restaurant requiring some internal facial uplift, the service's was outstanding. The male manager assisted me updating friends profile for my birthday. He was kind, and patient. We spent more money . Our waiter/chef provided excellent customer service and will be back again.

I would like to express my sincerest thanks to Benihanas for recognizing the veterans and active duty military members with a free entree. This is the first time that has happened and I hope it won't be the last. I had my usual steak with mushrooms and shrimp with vegetables. It was filling and I left very satisfied with everything. I am a frequent diner at this establishment and have never had a bad experience except one which I have already brought to the attention of management. Keep up the good work.

I believe they did not have enough staff for the evening. It was Veteran's Day. Took a while to be seated. Our drinks from the bar arrived after the soup and salad. Other than that, it was a nice evening. The chef seasoned the food very well, and the portions were great.

Was shocked at the prices. I've been to other restaurants like this and spent way less for the same food service. The food was good, the chef was awesome.

We ordered takeout (3 sushi rolls and some fried rice.) all three sushi rolls were inedible. The rice was way too overcooked and extremely mushy. The fried rice also had way too much soy sauce. Praying that we don’t get food poisoning. Also upset that we had to waste food due to the sushi rolls being inedible.

Nets flying around sushi rolls look like a 10 year old made them the waitress brought my food out before my appetizer then when she brought out my meal I had to wait 5 nuns for rice and it wasn't even freshly prepared they grabbed it out of a rice warmer that place is a joke
They changed the Shrimp from tiger shrimp to white shrimp which is less quality and taste and texture the chef was Great

Came at lunch time. Service was fantastic. My waiter gave us a great adult beverage suggestion. This location needs a makeover. In need of desperate renovations. Compared to the other locations. Just saying!
