Nice food with excellent service 👌

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The food was cold, soggy, and borderline inedible—clearly sitting around way too long. Customer service was a joke. I called to try to figure something out, and instead of helping, the guy gave me an attitude and a hostile tone, telling me to come to the store like that was somehow my problem. On top of all that, I ordered the Asian sesame dish and there wasn’t a single sesame seed on it—not one. That’s misleading and ridiculous. Total waste of money and time. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The food here is solid.
That said, the issue they have is the register. Everytime I come here the people working the register and phones are just struggling. I know they have a big turn around with these employees but, they should really invest in someone experienced. Last time I had to point out that my food was ready and to please cash me out. Had I not said anything I would've been there all day from the way it was going.

I first tried this place in inkster and have been in love with their food Ever since.
The food is probably the best in take out and delivery around.
You have to try their chicken subs or chicken plate with rice! I don't even like chicken but I swear, this is one of the only places I will eat it.
Their chicken eggrolls are phenomenal.
The avocado mayo and their ranch is out of this world.
I always order delivery because I'm not a fan of dining in there, but have eaten there before. It's a cafeteria-like, self serve setting.
Right next door is the big Moe's pizza place, which has a completely different menu, although still good.

We have been getting food from Big Moe’s for the last two years. Their rice bowls are very delicious. Also tried their Philly Steak sub and it was excellent. Definitely recommend them. The dine in chicken sizzle deal was great.

This place has a decent items on the menu and variety to choose from. However, the last few times I ordered here the food is extra salty. I typically get the sizzle bowls.

the girl with the long black hair was so sweet and she helped me pick out a meal because i’ve never been to this place before and she explained everything and remained very sweet and kind through the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend

I saw this trending in my doordash app for weeks before I finally decided to try it and I'm really glad I did. I ordered from the Grand Blanc location. I got double chicken and rice and it also included jalapenos, onions, peppers and tomatoes, and something called sizzle sauce. It was super tasty and the portions were amazing. I ate on it three different times. But what I really appreciated most was how small all the pieces were .....everything was diced really fine and mixed really well. I got the mild level spice which was spicier than I would have liked but it had fantastic flavor. I just had to chill it out a little bit with some more ranch. Those fresh jalepenos hitting. I'm eager to try some of the other items they have on their menu as they sound super tasty. This will become a staple for me for sure. They have steak and brisket and other items I'm going to try in my bowl next time. They have specialty egg rolls I want to try. Check them out definitely the service was amazing, the quality was great, the portions were great, the price seemed a little high but they're often running deals like buy one get one. A go-to.

The food was undercooked, the fries were raw. I asked for the well done with brisket fries and the fries weren’t even cooked all the way through.
Called and was told we will try better next time. Had to throw away 30$ in raw food.
Make sure to ask for your receipt or else they can’t help you.
