Went to get a drink after school, the older manager was screaming at one of the teenage employees, he didn’t see me come in, the girl took my order holding back tears and pretending it didn’t happen if this is how you guys run your shop i will no longer be a customer.

I love this location. All the staff here is so nice and patient. They make very good drinks- haven’t had a bad one in the past 2 months. Ideally- it would have a drive thru but it does make me come in and see everyone. There’s no high chairs but kids movies are always playing on the tv. It’s a no frills kind of place. No couches, only chairs but a lot of seating

Thank you to the owner who gave us all Mango Cream Freeze drinks.... those of us pouring the sidewalk at this Biggby that is. It was very hot outside, extremely humid..... that Creme Freeze drink is now something I crave !
Will definitely go out of my way now to patronize this Biggby.....very thankful !!

My most fav coffee shop. They always make my drink the same way that I like it. Super nice staff - clean and efficient.

Most locations almost always make my drink a little different. But not here it's always great and always made like it's supposed to be. The iced caramel marvel is my favorite. The employees and owner are always attentive, available for conversation and polite.

I loved coming here but the girl behind the counter talks way too much people leave the line because how long she chats with customers people have jobs to go to .
I struggle being healthier and I always choose starbucks or Tim Hortons, this is a great alternative, and they're priced cheaply, always kind and I love the coffee, seems lots healthier too.
