Young female cashier picks and choose whom to serve. I waited 3 mins for help not even a head nod nor eye contact. After several other orders I decided to avoid her entirely and download the app and order. Long story short she prepared it and of course her and her cohort just laugh and giggle to mess up a coffee and my day. I just took what they gave to get out of there. Thanks Biggby.

Super nice staff! The drinks were great, and the girl working the register was super helpful to help me pick my drink, and use my coupon. And beyond that was very personable, and friendly, overall making my biggby experience exceptional.
Both staff members present absolutely deserve a raise, and praise for going above and beyond by management ☕ 👍

I don’t usually write a review but this had to be said. We went to get some coffee and the owner was yelling at the cashier right in front of us, which was super rude and felt super uncomfortable. No one deserves to be belittled and treated that way!!

I love the girls here and the coffee so much I really don’t like going anywhere else, unfortunately the only thing bothering me is the art, what happened to it? The window art made them stand out and initially made me excited to try them for the first time. Really disappointed to hear corporate made them take it down. I’d love to readjust the atmosphere rating to five. Untill the art is back sadly I’m gonna keep it the same. Otherwise great place and great girls.

Their hours says they’re open and I went to the door attempting to open it, and the worker is just looking at me and walking away not even acknowledging me and explaining why the doors are locked. I came here to get a drink, very disappointed.

Convenient location with plenty of parking - we came here to try Biggby Coffee as we heard tons about it as a top Midwest coffee chain. We ordered teddy lattes and although it was decent, definitely overpriced and overhyped while being a bit too far on the sweet side. Service and atmosphere in the coffee shop was nice though.
