Since they've opened, this coffee house has restored my faith in humanity on more than one occasion.

The owners and staff work hard to curate a warm, welcoming environment and you'll often see grace in action as they show the same care to all of our community members, fortunate or less so.

The seasonal lattes are my favorite, but the staff are so knowledgeable about the offerings, they'll be happy to steer you toward your new vice.

I adore that they center regional artisans and talent, working to build a true third space to house like minds.

It's no small feat to run a small business these days. Blackbox is a glowing example of getting it just right. I look forward to my visits back each year, seeing just how much they've grown.

Black Box is hands down one of the best coffee shops in Dearborn! Not only is their coffee the perfect balance of sweetness without overpowering the espresso flavor, but their baristas are genuinely so friendly and welcoming. One barista in particular, Amal, is such a joy to be around. The latte they made me was SO GOOD that I legitimately died and they had to preform cpr on me to bring me back to life just so i can continue drinking my coffee and die again over how good it was🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 I hope everyone has a chance to experience Amal's busstacular latte talent (as well as all the other baristas here - all so amazing!) A true icon, legend, and forever the moment!!!!! 😍😍😍😍

the atmosphere was so welcoming and nice, especially being greeted all the time by one of the regular baristas — amal! amal always makes my drinks perfect and always customise it to my preference. even if there might be slightly wrong, amal will go out of their way to make sure i leave with a good experience regardless!

Finally tried Black Box in Dearborn ☕️ I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews so I had to see for myself. It’s a grab-and-go spot — I heard the matcha was good, but sadly it wasn’t for me 😕

This is a really lovely shop. I've visited a few times, and it's always been a good experience. I think that the art installation they have displayed right now is really powerful.

Excellent espresso drinks... iced latte was made to perfection, and my husband enjoyed his cappuccino. Highly recommended!

Worst coffee shop in Dearborn got a matcha and it literally tasted like milk and vanilla the girls were all rude I told her please make it more matcha so rude never coming here again. Don’t take back drinks to make it better gave me a side of matcha to make it better horrible place and service.

My favorite coffee shop in Dearborn with the friendliest and most welcoming staff. Always quick even when they’re busy, and the best part the coffee is always hits. Would definitely recommend this spot any day!

please take the matcha off your menu because this is just sad. this was like $7 too.

Really cute place. Really good coffee. Only negative: no tables and chairs to sit at inside. There were a couple of benches. This did not stop me for going back there the next day☺️

Any matcha lover knows that this is NOT a good color for matcha. All I taste is milk and syrup. Not a hint of matcha. When I told the barista it was too sweet she said nothing we can do about it you have to pay for a new one but how was I supposed to know it would turn out horrible. I’ve been here a bunch of times it’s never tasted nor looked as horrible as today so obviously it isn’t consistent. If your matcha isn’t consistent i’d think the fairest thing you can do when you get a complaint is to fix it lol.
