Rudest baristas I’ve ever met
Terrible service.2 Baristas behind the counter and our 2 drinks took nearly 20 minutes to come out. First cake we order came dirty (i ll not go on details). They change it after we mention. And for the second order staff didnt even care serving a croissant in a plate with water?’We returned again but they didnt even looked cared to apologize ?Then again served a hardly warmed up croissant.Wasted my money and time unfortunately.Never back again..

Not spacious enough for a large group to hangout. And a lot of items were not available.

I am a long time loyal customer at the Sheeba establishments, so you can imagine my delight to learn a coffee shop had opened up inside of one. There were 3 baristas behind the counter and my 2 drinks took nearly 10 minutes to come out. Myself and my friend were the only customers. We ordered our drinks “for here” and received both of our drinks in “to-go” cups. We still sat in the cafe to try to enjoy our drinks, as we had come to enjoy the coffee shop, and both of our chairs next to the coffee bar were wobbly. We ordered a croissant (also came in a to-go box for some reason) which came out burnt, despite being hardly warmed up after we had waited about 15 minutes. When my friend requested a replacement croissant, she was met with attitude from the barista and she was informed that the croissants “just come like that”. I was genuinely amazed to hear that burnt pastries were the standard. The barista then proceeded to show her that the bottom of every croissant in the display case was in fact burnt to a crisp, as if that is a good thing? Our drinks themselves were good, but as we sat drinking them we were unfortunately within ear shot of the barista who supplied our burnt croissants and heard him using foul language in both English and Arabic to speak about others for our entire stay at the cafe. Wasted my money and time unfortunately.

Looks nice. Pastries taste stale. Waitress wiped my plate with her hand. Before putting my pastry on it.
We had the opportunity to try BonDivan. The cafe is located inside Sheeba. It’s so beautiful. They have a nice seating area. It’s elegant, comfortable and so welcoming. We ordered almond croissant, pistachio cheesecake and cappuccino. The almond croissant was quite big. It was served warm. It was not crunchy or flaky. It was soft. I prefer it with flake and crunch. The filling was also not evenly spread. It tasted good though. The pistachio cheesecake had the right amount of sweetness. It was so yummy. The cappuccino was like any other cappuccino. Overall, it was a great experience. They have a lot more on the menu to offer. Will be returning to try. There is a parking lot in the back. Do check them out.

MUST TRYYY I got a Carmel macchiato it was so good and delicious I had to order another one. Make sure let jabr make your drinks
This place is pretending to be a cafe. Worst Yemeni adeni I have had. Served cold…with more trash in the pot than coffee. Save your money and go to a real cafe.

I’ll never go to Starbucks again!! Best caramel macchiato in town. Honestly you have to try it. It Jaber is there and he can make it for you, you’ll never want anyone else to make your coffee again. It was so good! Jaber recommended it and I’m not even a macchiato fan. I’m still dreaming about it and I’m going to go grab 5 more today for my family. Amazing. Beautiful spot to sit too. Highly recommend.
