Super clean and a fresh new place to go to! Burgers were great and so were the fries! We loved that the place was SPOTLESS. Do you remember the old days when people were actively cleaning (but not smelly chemicals around when you’re eating)? That’s what happens here! It was so nice to see! Everyone was friendly and kind that worked there. I wish one was in Livonia! Hint Hint ..

Got a chicken salad it was so fresh and good. Also had the Ocean Breeze it was on point thank u Sue!

I went into brome and got a caramel latte and acai bowl. It always means a lot when the person at the register is friendly and accommodating and Sue was very welcoming. When my latte tasted a little too bitter for me, sue gladly added more caramel for me. She was friendly and had a smile on her. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was even better.

Sue is hands down one of the best baristas I’ve ever encountered! Her lattes are nothing short of perfection—smooth, creamy, and always crafted with such care. You can truly taste the passion she puts into every cup. Beyond her incredible coffee-making skills, Sue’s warm and friendly personality brightens up my day every time I visit. She’s the kind of person who remembers your name, your favorite drink, and always greets you with a smile. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel like a regular from the very first visit. Thanks, Sue, for always making my mornings better!

Awful location. Its 100x worse because the original location on Michigan Avenue remains one of the best restaurants in the city. Yet somehow, this store that uses the same name on Auto Club Dr can't do anything similarly to the Michigan Ave Location. Its actually impressive how they manage to make food so bad when all they had to do is copy their own original location.

Start with the basics. Potatoes. The fries in this location are awful. Brome Dearborn has used the same exact fries since day one. 4-5 years now of flawless fries with no complaints and no changes needed. Yet every time I order from this location, I get these different, generic, lame fries that were clearly cooked from frozen. Zero chance they're hand cut. They taste terrible, aren't fresh, yet cost the same high price.

The burgers. They just stink here. This location can't do anything right. The meat is never cooked correctly and seems to be cooked from frozen or something as it just never matches the quality of the Michigan Ave location. The actual burger construction is so flawed every time I've ordered from here. They give you these giant chunks of raw onions instead of thin tinier slices at the Michigan Avenue store. Their lettuce will be completely drenched in water as well. Its just amazing that you steal the name of the best burger in this city, and come out with laughable result...

Finally, the smoothies. I could write an entire book on how awful the smoothies at this location are and what a direct insult they are to anyone dumb enough to pay 7 dollars for one. They taste so disgusting that it almost seems deliberately made poorly. They don't even taste safe to drink.

Honorable mention to their failure to get orders correctly all the time, constantly missing side sauces I order, missing the cajun on their frozen fries, its just very frustrating here.

This place is far from its original location and should be avoided until they fix a lot of things.

Edit - Reached out after the owner asked me too "to make things right." Received no reply. This is what I should expect from this store.

I recently visited the Brome Modern Eatery on Auto Club Drive, and I was blown away! This location feels like a cozy café which makes it a perfect hidden gem for a quick, delicious meal. The staff was fantastic—super friendly and attentive. They made sure everything was perfect and went out of their way to make the experience feel special. I ordered the Deluxe Burger, which was cooked to perfection—juicy and packed with flavor. The Caesar Salad was fresh and crisp, exactly what I needed as a lighter side. To top it off, I had their Berries and Cream Smoothie, which was refreshing and delicious. It was the perfect balance to the meal.The service here deserves special recognition—the staff were welcoming, efficient, and really cared about making sure I had a great experience. If you're in the area, this Brome location is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

We walked in to grab a couple of smoothies and there was nobody there just the two workers sitting down getting paid to do nothing , we made the female worker get up so she made us the worst smoothie we have ever had in our entire lives intentionally just so we would not come back and this location would remain slow. Absolutely terrible. She thinks she’s slick well I’m not letting her get away with that shame on you , zero stars if possible
