Three times now, I have walked to this location (about 20 minutes round trip) wanting to get a drink for myself and a family member, all three times, they have been closed despite google saying that they are open. Today was the 3rd time I have decided to walk to get a drink and was extremally disappointed to see that all the windows/front door was blocked out with chipboard. the 2nd time and this last time I walked up, there was nothing on any of the windows or doors stating that they were going to be closed for renovations or that they were closing. all in all very disappointing.

Definitely! I'm so frustrated with this place. They have pictures in the walls and they don't have what they offer. Or don't have product, or is missing something from the drink. How can you open a business and to have a lot of things missing?I came like one year ago and the quality of the teas weren't good, and I came back again and is so Bad! I think they need to prepare better the drinks.More flavors and more consistency in the teas. I felt I drank a water cup with some flavor tea... Very terrible the experience. Think better before to go this place. Fake and contradictory information in what they have

They messed up my order(added the wrong boba) but were generous enough to offer the correct order at no extra cost. The place is decent and pleasant. However the amount of ice was half of the cup size which i feel is bad to enjoy the boba.

This place used to be my favorite. Now the tea is grainy, the boba is tough and tasteless, and the service is bad. For the past 4-6 times i came here.

Tapioca was very powdery and way to soft! I got the Oreo drink expecting it to be a cold and refreshing drink. Was very warm and powdery!! Would not have again so many better places.

On May 9th I went there around 7:15pm. The guy took my order he was good. But the the girl making the tea kept talking to these guys across from the counter she kept going to there table to check her cell phone touching the guys may be her boyfriends and would come back and start making the tea not washing her hand these guys were loud obnoxious they were making fun of all the customers. This message is for the owner to hire some decent workers with customer service skills. I Live in Canton and will tell all my friends, family, not to go there. It took them almost 30 minutes to make my order with dirty hands. You should have some Covid guidelines in place.

Just okay. We drove 30 minutes for bubble waffles just to show up and find out they were sold out. Ordered bubble tea and the straws were way too small for the tapioca. I mean literally it was painful trying to get the tapioca to unclog

My mom wanted a mango smoothie but I accidentally forgot to mention she likes smoothies when I asked what they recommended here, they decided to remake the drink without a additional charge… which was so sweet. Loved the customer service, I’m from Chicago but when I come back to Michigan, i’m definitely coming back to this location. Thank you for making our day. My Mom said the boba was one of the best she’s ever had. Support this business.

The staff is nice and friendly. The inside is decorated really well, and the drinks are good. They are out of a decent number of items fairly often though.
Walked in and got welcomed. Server said they’re ready to take the order. As soon as we made the order they kept saying they were out of items to each option we chose. We finally got the drink we wanted. However, the whole place was filled with the employee’s friends. It was weird being stared at by all of them. Very unprofessional. On the other hand, the Partridge Creek location kept their standards on customer service.

I ordered the tiger tea and summer crunch bubble waffle ice cream. The drink was really good you can feel the warmth of the fresh tapioca. The atmosphere is super dope and chill, the staff are really nice. And what I got was great. I’ll be coming back with friends.

HORRIBLE. Can you give negative stars?Called to ask what time they close.. told 850pm is their last call for orders. Made it there from across town by 815 and then told they had been out of tapioca bobas, leche and others. Fine.. understandable, right?Reluctently, ordered a Tiger specialty tea with recommended strawberry bobas and it was straight vanilla and terrible combination of flavors.Went to order a waffle specialty cone instead and was told they wouldn't make it tonight because it took 15 minutes for the waffles. It was 820.I walked away stating we would not be back this late again to my sister, as obviously it is a bad time, and the workers started YELLING at me stating not to come back at all.... making my siblings and I very uncomfortable. Sadly it turned into an unprofessional highschool argument with their young workers, who then proceeded to made excuse after excuse as to why they were not wanting to do their job and were rushing to leave.Will not be back at all after this incident as evidently the 'workers' are counting down the clock and cutting back on customers orders. Its unfortunate as this was a favorite spot of mine and my family's and we can't always make it early. ?

Won’t be going back. Paid with grub hub order not ready. They said they were out of tapioca when I paid for double for two drinks. I got a regular amount in only one because now they have enough apparently. Ordered like at 9:30 ish they close late af. Tapioca is definitely over cooked. Hard. Got lavender milk tea to just have it taste like milk only. They didn’t offer a discount or a coupon on my next order. No sorry or anything. And I tipped just to wait when it takes me 18 minutes to get there from Westland. Lost a customer especially a new customer. I’ll be sticking with ding tea in canton. Only went here because they’re open later.
