I really thought all BWs were the same. No matter where you went, they arent great, but at least they are consistent. Man, was I wrong.First off the hostess was extremely nice, and got us a seat in the bar section with no wait. Our waitress arrived within a couple of minutes. She was just as nice. She took our order promptly. Our beverages came quick, and the food in record time.Usually the wings are small, and the sauce is sparing...not at this location. For the first time that I can remember, my dry rubbed wings were actually completely covered in dry rub. They also were quite big, not like the tiny ones I usually get at the southgate location. They were cooked to perfection, in short...they were excellent.Beverage refills without asking, and in the way out we were told thank you by at least 6 staff members. I think I may have found the gem of BWs in my area.Message to corporate...Keep this staff happy, they are killing it for you guys. This should be a flagship location.

I had to drive back and return my order because it was little pieces of chicken that was $13.49 for 5 piece strips and they didn't offer to replace my meal they agreed that it wasn't up to what they should of given me and just gave me a refund and that's it. I WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN!! I WILL NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FOR THERE EITHER ONLY BECAUSE I DON'T WANT MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS. THIS WASN'T THE FIRST TIME WE'VE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST. THERE WAS A LAST COMPLAINING WHEN WE PICKED UP OUR FOOD AND ANOTHER WHEN I WENT BACK SO IT WASN'T JUST ME.

I came for the 97.1 radio broadcast event, last minute. Friendly staff greeted me quickly and went out of her way to make me feel comfy and get me a good seat up front so I could see. Had the fried pickles and a shot of Jager. So idk about the wings.

Got seated table was soaking wet. Asked for another table, hostess got an attitude. She cleans it and tells me either this or a table of 8. I had to end up cleaning table myself.... Will be my last time here.

Went to buffalo wild wings on December 17,2023 everything was good until I checked my bank statement and saw that they over charged me. They charged my account one thing and gave me a receipt for a different amount. When I went in and talked to the manager I showed her the difference in the two I even let her know that I left a cash tip. She found the slip from that night and said she would put the refund back onto my card. Still have not seen it. Not very happy about that.
