Amazing Pizza, But Repeated Order Errors Make Takeout Impossible
This review is difficult because the quality of the food at this pizza place is genuinely fantastic. It’s the only reason I endure the 40-minute drive from Rochester Hills to Dearborn. The chicken pizza is delicious, and I consider the food to be among the best in the area. However, the operational mistakes are so frequent and egregious that they ruin the entire experience and make placing a takeout order a complete gamble. The Problem: I have repeatedly ordered the chicken pizza for pickup, only to get home and find a Steak Pizza in the box. This has happened multiple times. For a customer driving 80 minutes round trip, this error is unacceptable and shows a profound lack of care and attention to detail when fulfilling orders. When I call to explain the mistake, the staff apologizes and assures me it won't happen again, yet the same error is repeated. It is clear that the staff is either severely disorganized or fails to communicate order details accurately. The owners and staff need to understand that the quality of the food is completely overshadowed by these consistent, costly, and incredibly inconvenient mistakes. Until these basic order-fulfillment issues are corrected, I cannot recommend using them for takeout, especially if you are traveling a long distance

I bought my ex boyfriend a pizza from this place at 2am. Just cause. It’s funny. I don’t even live in the state of Michigan. Anyways. I digress. Mans was hungry and wanted pizza reallll badddd. Got him an extra large, cause that’s what he is, and safe to say mans loves Buffs Pizza. 10/10 recommend, maybe the key to a man’s heart.

I used to be a big fan of Buffs — they were easily one of the best spots in Dearborn a few years back. The food was solid, the service was quick, and it felt worth every penny. Unfortunately, that’s changed. Over the last couple of years, the quality has gone down and the service just isn’t the same.
What’s even worse is how high the prices have gotten. They’re charging crazy amounts now, mainly because they stay open late. It used to feel like a good deal — now it just feels like they’re taking advantage of that late-night crowd.
I really did like them for a long time, but I’m done. There are plenty of other places in Dearborn that still care about their customers and keep things fair.

Heard there were new owners at buffs. So i went back. The food is great,fresh and delicious.the place is super clean. And the prices are very reasonable.last but not least the worker named suleiman gets your order done the way u ask for it. If i can give this place 10 stars i would. I recommend this place to all u will not be disappointed

WOW, this is the best pizza I’ve had, possibly ever? This blows away anything I’ve had in New York, and might just be betters than Georgios in Rochester. I went to get pizza at my normal spot and they cancelled my order to close an hour early. Tbh I’m glad that happened bc this blows them away. If you haven’t been come try it I’m not going anywhere else after this.

Ok people, this pizza is freakin delicious!!!! We had the pepperoni and cheese, crust is crispy yet soft, if that makes sense lol Garlic Knots are soft inside & parm cheese topped, Perfect! 🤩 My husband Loved the wings! But that ranch… Absolutely Delicious, perfect for dipping all ❤️🍕
