If I could give them no stars I would this is not fast food because the people moving so slow they didn’t even ask me what I was there for and wasn’t nobody else in there the worst ever I wish I could choose where the customer order from because this is ridiculous

Got sick a day after eating the worst whopper I ever had in my life. The manager argued with me that the ice machine wasn't empty...IT WAS...She rolled her eyes and told me I wasn't pushing the lever hard enough.
By the way, we stood in line for five minutes, alone before anyone came to take our order. The drive through girl sat there and looked at us.
The onion rings were cold and the whoppers we were served had to have been in a warmer for a couple hours before we got ours
The entire time we were eating in their dirty, empty dining room, we were treated to the life story of the manager who couldn't stop talking about herself and her daily family issues.
This place should be closed down and redone, from top to bottom. Worst food, worst service, worst BK experience ever.
The two people who were working there obviously hated their jobs. I hated that Burger King.
Will never come back and will warm everyone i know in the area to not waste their time, nor money on this gross dump.

I had a doordash order my food was late and therefore my food is cold. Second of all the some of my items were missing. I went to the restaurant thru the drive thru the lady that there was very rude and nasty its like they gave me my missing item when i got home i opened my order i was afraid to eat because i was afraid she did something to it because it was given to me open i threw it away.I will never go to this place again.

bro first of all there's no burgers here they just put a patty between two buns and call it a whopper whatever that means and they did not treat me like a king they put my "whopper" into a cardboard bag and threw it at me through my window the audacity

Dining room locked at lunch time. No signs on doors to indicate the room is closed. People getting wet in the pouring rain. Stupid decision, BK. Locking without putting up a sign is unprofessional. I'm now eating next door inside McDonald's. Their food isn't as good, but at least they treat their guests properly.

I went through the drive-thur and the person taking the order wasn't friendly and when I got to the window to pay for my order he proceeds to charge taxes,🤔excuse me wasn't the taxes supposed to be added to the total price of the order before I get to the window? And my hamburger was half done (bummer)People stay woke.
Awful... just lazy management in every way. Food cold multiple times we've gone in to eat and drive thru.

Place was clean and fries were hot, service was absolutely ATROCIOUS. I waited 15 minutes for one order of fries, and was not acknowledged once, yet was the only one standing at the counter. The manager yelled from the back “gotta order at the kiosk!!!” after standing there for ten minutes, and my response was “I have an online order” very frustrated. And waited a couple more minutes before someone came up. Manager did not even bother to ask why I was there at the designated PICK UP spot, but kept looking at me through the hole to the kitchen. I asked the young man if that was his manager and told him it was nothing he did, but said this was not a good experience due to the manager. . Ordered fries ahead before my lunch break thinking it would be quick, but I was very wrong! I’m not typically one to write bad reviews but whoever this manager is deserves one.
