2 stars this time around. We just finished breakfast and unfortunately, our group won’t be coming back to this place anymore. It’s really sad to see how much this spot has changed over the years. We were pretty disappointed with the food – the omelets were really dry, the French toast had a strong eggy taste and smell, and I couldn’t even eat it. Plus, the toast was burnt. We ordered chicken tenders, fries, and chocolate milk for our 4-year-old, but he got all adult-sized portions, even his chocolate milk was served in a big cup like the adults drink! It felt like a waste of food for him, but I guess more money for the restaurant.
To make things a bit worse, we were given plastic utensils because their silverware wasn’t washed—this was at 10:30 in the morning. The place also seemed a bit understaffed, as the few servers there were running around trying to keep up (God bless them). We’ve been coming here since 2013, and it’s always been our family’s favorite. But it’s really sad to see that over the years, prices have gone up while the quality has gone down. Personally, I would not recommend this place to my family and friends :(

Caesars Coney and Grill (Southgate) YALL TREAT ME LIKE GARBAGE! Thanks for nothing!!! The food was trash and the workers wouldn’t compensate me! Worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had in my life! That chef at the Southgate location is really bad at his job and I believe I should replace him if y’all can’t make better food! On my mama!😂im a culinary institute of Michigan graduate, yall was never getting away serving me food like this!!! Cleanliness is something they should focus on.
Just look at the high chairs for children, the bins where they carry the utensils.
The guy in the front is very welcoming but even his charm fails when you try to measure the cleanliness around.
