According to some of my friends who are doctors, frozen custard has absolutely no fat, calories, or cholesterol when eaten from a waffle cone. Plus, the sprinkles are supposed to be chock full of vitamins and minerals.Some cynics suggest that my doctor friends were just playing along to humor me. Quite frankly, though, I have no need for that kind of negativity in my life.
