Fire Bird is a MUST TRY!!!! Service is a great vibe and what I love the most is that the chicken is not frozen, and the breading doesn’t fall off the meat like most chicken places. Highly recommend if you’re near the Fairlane Mall area at The Canteen.
The food is amazing, the new menu hits the spot and is priced Great, something for the whole family. Portions are amazing.

low quality chicken
Came here today and had a bad experience. I ordered a chicken and waffles and a chicken tender basket. I asked for KETCHUP and 1 ranch and she tried to charge us extra for the ranch as if ketchup is a sauce. The girl was rude about it. Choose somewhere else to go.
OMG!!! Absolutely delicious! Crispy seasoned fries and crispy hot chicken tenders. Ranch sauce was good, the Garlic Parmesan sauce was awesome! Excellent lunch for our Anniversary adventure. Thank you!
I've ordered from them 3 times and only got my food once. The other 2 times they've canceled my order and stopped taking orders from DoorDash. Never ordering from them again.

This is for the Belle Isle Food truck. I got a waffle slider and it was extremely small, bland, and the waffle was cold. The fries were small and greasy. The total was $15 for a pretty disappointing lunch. Everything tasted like it came frozen out of a bag.
