Our children had an absolute blast at Chuck & Cheese and developed a particular fondness for one of the staff members (Saladinah, if we remember right). However, we were disappointed to witness her manager consistently displaying a negative attitude towards her, seemingly without justification. We were perplexed by this behavior and couldn't help but wonder why it was occurring.

Attendants were rude and denied my 6yo access to the trampolines saying she was too tall even when it was proven she wasn't then was told to "go on white girl". Was kicked by a kid and had a ski ball ripped out of my hand and thrown into a different game and when another attendant was told she said I shouldn't have gotten in the kids way. Women's bathroom floor was flooded from a broken sink. The extra large $22 pizza was medium sized with cheese missing off half of it, charged us for the salad bar when they were out of lettuce. Half the games didn't work either. Dirty, sticky floors. Would not recommend this location at all.

Shitty customer service as usual! The girls that work there are like robots..they don't smile, laugh, greet you.. NOTHING! It's like walking onto another planet. The food was mediocre at best and so where the games. The only good thing about this experience, is that my child was happy and had fun. Other then that...eh! We won't be returning!
