Much better than many years ago. Not as cluttered and seemed organized. No issues with this visit.
Food pickup was very disorganized and the fountain machine had no drinks
Our kids enjoyed themselves and had a nice birthday
Was their a couple days ago and had amazing service from the people their!! very nice and helpful, Got helped by multiple people from Yasmine, Mariah, Yayah and Baraa!!!
Very nice service from the host in showroom. Marina was attentive, and helped me throughout my party
I was a guest of a 5:30pm and everything went amazing. I heard Canton had nearly caught fire from another party, and they had to move over here last minute. The staff accommodattion was fantastic, and handled everything swimmingly
I visited here again haven’t been here in about 3 months came in on 12/6/25 Saturday I went to my little cousin party his mother hosted a party from 3-5 she thought she booked it for 4. We arrived then when 4:30 were surrounded by workers they near our table they were staring then walked away. Came back 5min later and said something I didn’t hear her I asked is it something wrong she said no we have a party booked for 530. I said ok we have the table until 5:00pm it was very crowded this day my cousins party pizza was not fresh she paid a little under $200 for her party . We moved seats when 5 hit I ordered me and my husband food he went to get it when it was ready I walked away he. Was already eating it I paid about $40 my pizza was of course thin it was not fresh at all churros were nasty and hard. Pizza was flavorless and my stuff crust cheese was hard I did info the staff of course my husband ate some pizza I would have gotten it remade please don’t put any new staff in the kitchen if they don’t know what they doing
Would love to give this place ZERO STARS!!
My friend said she was humiliated at the way you treated her and her BLACK AUTISTIC son at this location. This is DISGUSTING and I hope everyone knows this location is racist and discriminates against children with special needs!
Apparently this location does not support special needs children and their families. Instead they tell them they need to leave INSTEAD of accommodating or working with the families. Corporate should investigate.
Please avoid the Chuck E. Cheese in Dearborn !
I took my son / my other child / my patient whom autistic also there for a day off from school, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. First, he was told he was “too tall” to use the trampoline area — an area he’s always been allowed to play in before. Sooon as we arrived
We were only there about 15–20 minutes after spending total $80
Another parent whom had 4children approached me, complaining that my son was “jumping too much” and “acting like he was the only one in the area.” I calmly explained that my son is autistic and apologized, but he responded by saying that was “no excuse” and that my child needed to “have his space.” He continued ranting, yelling in my face, and recording me.
(My son did not jump
Or even bump
Into a child he autistic literally playing by himself )
Of course I defended myself and my child
I’m always going to stand behind my kids!!
What made everything worse was the manager’s response. Instead of addressing the man who was yelling at me and threatening me, she told me to leave and immediately refunded my money. He was allowed to stay. never once said anything to this man ! She never spoke to him at all. !!! We were the only Black people in the building, and the entire situation felt discriminatory and humiliating.
I was simply trying to give my children & my autistic patient a nice day out. It’s already hard enough finding places where my autistic son feels comfortable and welcomed . I truly thought Chuck E. Cheese would be one of them.
I will absolutely be pursuing action against Chuck E. Cheese
r this horrible, embarrassing, and disgraceful experience
. We never got chance to eat / or even play one game !!!!!

Very very bad experience. I took my niece there and they were very rude. After playing and spending our tickets on prizes (I also spent money on other bigger prizes), my niece wanted to jump on the trampoline, I had a lady come up to me and asked me to purchase socks so my niece can jump. I have been to chucky cheese in almost every state, I have never had someone force me into buying non skid socks. This place is all about the money, they really don’t care about kids having fun!
Yall need to be shut down the way yall treated a black mother and her autistic child is not acceptable and something needs to be done!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! very unprofessional workers there . Did not feel welcome at all !!!!
It's definitely not like when we were kids. My 6yr old said its boring because there's not much to climb on. Kids need to get energy out not focuse on to many arcade games that won't help release their energy. I want my kid to pass out in the car on the way home. Not ask to go somewhere else next time.
Best Place!!
