Chuck E cheese upgraded their animatronics to digital ones on the screen like a video.Chuckie Cheese guy still come out and take pictures with the kids.Chuck e cheese's Chuck e cheese It's not much to hype about it kids love it. My grandson was happy so I definitely get his place a thumbs up.

The staff is friendly however they need to do a better job not allowing these irresponsible adults to make the whole building smell like cheap weed. From the second we walked in throughout the whole time we were there it smelt like weed. This establishment is made for children you dumb people are disrespectful. Management shouldn’t allow these people inside smelling like weed

I reccomend everyone to go to this chucke cheese its amazing cleaned and fun and the employees that work there are very nice i did my daughters birthday there and we loved it the best service especially the assistant manager mariah ask about her shes the best thank you for an amazing service and time.

Ok, so this Chuck E spot is lacking in all areas. The food was not the best by far, the service needs improvement (I lost a token in a game & the attendant lied & said he would credit me yet didn't take my card to do so. Really? So us customers are just dumb now & don't know the difference between a straight lie & the truth huh? ?Then on top of that, they don't even have as much stuff as other Chuck E's on the area.

If you are black / Arab / or Hispanic please don’t come here I was a regular here and I will no longer be coming here because of multiple incidents I’ve witnessed with who brings outside food in some how every time the manager had a problem with diverse people brining food in , and they’re our multiple times when a white family come in were they let it slideTake your kids somewhere else and support local arcade business

I booked an party here on the 13th last night which was the 16th I received an email telling me my party was canceled which was today the 17th because I didn’t pay deposit when I did everything inside the store booked n paid deposit, I called customer service this morning it was fixed , when I arrived to the store I had that same problem them telling me i didn’t pay an deposit I had to show my receipt and it ended up being fix fast forward to when my food for the party came out it was extremely cold 2 pizzas already came with my party I placed an order for 2 more not to mention the large pizza were mediums cut into larges and wings to serve 4 they gave me the wrong flavors, I spent an extra $70 on food just for it to be super cold didn’t send back the kids kept complaining they were starving and I was alsoTold food would be out at 6 didn’t get ours until 6:30 the whole experience here was bad , only good thing my host was super niceDO NOT RECOMMEND TO HAVE PARTY HEREUPDATE - everyone from the party tested positive for Covid
