Very bad service and mean workers the cinnamon roll I bought was raw

I bought a cinnamon roll and it was completely RAW literally dough I showed it to the workers and they said what do you want us to do about it? I asked for a new one or a refund she said all sales are final “its our policy”… like you cant sell someone raw dough I felt sick from it and for her to not even care or offer a solution is so unprofessional.

the customer service was bad. the pizza had to be rewarmed because they (pizzas) were not under heat lamps. the service counter was filthy and a great place to catch covid or some other diease. there is alot of room for safety improvements. i love the sbarro brand but was disappointed at lack of care at this location. great location but bad eork ethics. tighten-up

Customer service is terrible. I walked in and nobody even said anything. I sat there in front of the register for like 5 minutes and employees are just passing me without saying anything so I just walked

They serve cold Cinnabons! We asked if it could be heated and the lady working reassured us that it would be warm. It was not.

I went to the Cinnabon at the Fairlane mall location, on national taco day. The store had some good deals on that day, one was by one get the second one free. The young man was so polite and even stated that there were fresh cinnamon buns coming out in 4 minutes if I was willing to wait, and of course I waited. I really like this location they don't disappoint ????
It’s Thursday afternoon… there very closed and it says open online
