The cinnamon rolls are so delicious and the pretzel also was made fresh for my son. After paying my kids wanted the new refreshers watermelon lemonade, i oredered 3 large with whipped cream on top, when the worker there handed the cups to me i noticed that one of them does not have enough whipped cream as the other ones so i was like ok i’ll take it and the other one for my daughter, while sliding the cup on the counter top to give it to my daughter it fell, i cleaned the mess but no one asked me to refill the cup which it was half empty now, i had to ask for a little of the whipped cream on top of what rest in the cup. I left mad because they suppose to fill it back especially that it fell in the store and before even take a sip from it.

This seems like a family owned business. Everyone who worked and helped service us was so nice and friendly. They even offered to make our food fresh, which surprised me considering how late we went. It’s cool that you can watch them make the food also. The Cinnabon and pizza bites we ordered were fantastic. The reason I have 4/5 for the food was that my weenie pretzels were a little burnt. Even then, it was an absolutely great experience and the service was great. Definitely recommend’

My son who is 8 years old put the first bill in the collection box($20). Came back the next day for another pretzel and the $20 was gone. My son was heartbroken when he realized what happen. SMH disgusting people!

Horrible customer service from WISSAM. I was so excited to see the store because my husband loves classic Cinnabon. I walked in and all they did was stare…no hello, no thank you, no nothing just a blank stare! Any other time I would just walk out but I know my husband would appreciate some Cinnabon.
