Absolutely terrible. I’ve been here twice now and each experience was so bad. First time I went no one even acknowledged me for 5-10 minutes. They didn’t have any of their flavors; they were out of cake batter, vanilla, french vanilla etc. And it was in the middle of the day. Second time we came we walk in an hour before google says it’s closed and get yelled at that they’re closing. The manager or whoever said we had two minutes so we walk over to the cold stone side. The manager tells the employees to serve us and no one comes over. Minute later she has to yell at them two more times. Someone finally comes over. I ask for cake batter with cookie dough and sprinkles. They tell me they have no cookie dough. Just terrible service and terrible place.

This location has the incorrect hours on Google. I drove way out of my way just for them to end up closed. Also, the speaker system doesn’t work. I can barely hear the person talking. It was not a good experience.

A big disappointment for me because Coldstone is my favorite ice cream shop to go to. The one on Ford Road in Dearborn can never get my attention again. The young lady didn’t communicate she didn’t offer or give spoons with the ice cream Also am asking her a question no response. I can’t go there but I will go to the Gross pointe or Roseville location I will have to just go out my way to get great service.

Exactly as others stated! They close the dine-in 20+ mins before 10pm. They routinely close the ice cream portion early by an hour or so. The management doesn’t follow their own posted hours whatsoever.

By far the worst place I’ve been to took my kids here the employees were on their phones had me waiting for 5 minutes until I told one of the employees nicely that I’m ready to order the women working there just gave me a attitude so I just left.

At 08:32 pm on May 10,2025 after waiting for approval. 20 mins give or take, I finally decided to leave. At the time only one customer had been served. There was 1 young man working the coldstone counter AND he also have to ring up the customers. You can imagine how much cross contamination is going on because I do not remember him washing his hand. As he started working in the next customer, I hit my 20 minute mark of standing in line and as I was looking around there were others that were trained on the coldstone counter, I know because they served me before, but they were standing around not doing anything. The one guy was standing at the cash register after he served about 8 Tim Hortons customers, doing nothing. I expected since it was taking the coldstone guy so long the guy at the register would at least cash the customer out. Nope, I was wrong. So I finally left. My mom had actually ordered donuts from Tim Hortons while she was waiting for me to get coldstone, that I never got. However, as we left she noticed that she didn't not actually get the donuts the she ordered and we turned around to correct her order, she told me that the coldstone guy had now moved over to the Tim Hortons counter. This is after you lost business. I then drive to Novi because I really wanted Goldstone and that was the only one open. They were 5x as busy but they had multiple people making orders and designated cashier. What a novel idea.

Don’t bother going there the place is absolutely disgusting and it says they are open until 12 am but their not they lock the doors at 9 fix your hours please.

So on the website it says 12 am it closes on Tuesdays. I called no answer. Google says 12. I came at 9:30. Doors are closed. Do u guys not know how to run a company? Do u not know when you promote the place being open till 12 and when ppl SHOW UP After 9 pm and the doors are locked it can confuse us. Ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE LOCKED OUT.

Worst cold stone in Wayne county, worst customer service ever. Worker was so ignorant and rude when telling us the website hours were incorrect. Coming in before it was closed and being denied any help and served with an attitude from a rude teenager. This place is ran by a bunch of hs kids and every one of them have terrible customer service “what else what else” instead of “is there anything else I can get for you” just plain rude and unprofessional.
