Worst cold stone in Wayne county, worst customer service ever. Worker was so ignorant and rude when telling us the website hours were incorrect. Coming in before it was closed and being denied any help and served with an attitude from a rude teenager. This place is ran by a bunch of hs kids and every one of them have terrible customer service “what else what else” instead of “is there anything else I can get for you” just plain rude and unprofessional.

The customer service was terrible. The location closes before their posted closing time. They use foul language in front of customers, they're incredibly rude and continually pass off work to other employees. I stood there with no one else in line for 10 minutes before someone actually decided to help me.
They also didn't mix any of the toppings that they did have in stock, they set them on top and called it a day. They reluctantly gave me a bag after asking several times.

I wanted to give a shout out to Shanari (I hope I am spelling that right!) she has great customer service skills, and great multitasking skills! Before I came in, there was a family of 10 who came in for ice cream, there was als two couples in front of me as well. She was doing those orders back to back to back. When it was finally my turn, you couldn’t even tell she was dealing with a rush! She was very polite and sincere, and I really appreciate her. Thank you for a wonderful experience at cold stone I will be coming again

They are alway out of things. At the moment they do not accept gift cards. The Customer service is terrible. My family and I walked in on the opposite side and not one person said a word to us. We walked over to the cold stone counter and no one came over or told us someone would be with us. We stood there for almost 5 mins without being addressed. Also, the stone looked disgusting and the station was messy.
