I wanted to give a shout out to Shanari (I hope I am spelling that right!) she has great customer service skills, and great multitasking skills! Before I came in, there was a family of 10 who came in for ice cream, there was als two couples in front of me as well. She was doing those orders back to back to back. Oddly enough, this combo of a location worked well. I’m not sure it is the Tim Hortons staff is able to work on the Cold Stone side of the establishment; however, if they are, they need more help because I waited quite a while for service.
I went here about 3 wks ago to get my son some Ice cream, not knowing that they weren't open inly Tim Horton's. However, they were nice enough to allow us to get the ice cream as well. The lady who waited on us was very patient, respectful and friendly to my son.
