I always come to this restaurant because the food is good, but the customer service really needs improvement. The cashiers never smile and often seem rude. I used to work in a restaurant, and I know how important it is to make customers feel welcome ā a simple āhiā or friendly attitude goes a long way. Unfortunately, that doesnāt happen here. I hope management trains the staff to be more respectful and kind to customers.

They really have great food. However the front of their business is always littered and glass on the doors dirty. Inside it is not the cleanest either. This how it was described to me by several people. They were right. Makes you wonder what their kitchen looks like. Easy fix.

I dinned in for lunch. I ordered half deboned chicken. The fatoush and hummus need more flavorā¦bland in my Iraqi opinion. I received the bread, garlic, salad and hummus all at once. Then the deboned chicken came. I havenāt touched the food except a little of the hummus. The waitress had a very rushed atmosphere.
When I received the deboned chicken she came back and put to go boxes and a bag on the table! I felt extremely rushed. I havenāt even cut into the chicken yet and sheās giving me to go boxes and the bill. Thatās weird. Like to get all her work done at once and not come backā¦.
Anyways, when she put the chicken down. I asked is that deboned chicken right?she said yeah, I was shocked, it looked like chicken tender or idk how to explain it. It was very thin and it was super dry and lil on the burnt side. Hm Iāll put a picture of how thin this chicken was. It was very disappointing wallah.
The veggies are not juicy, they are dried out.

Me and my family recently had dinner at Country Chicken and ended up really enjoying it. When we first arrived, the place was a bit messy, but it turned out there was only one bus boy trying to clean about ten tables all by himself ā I felt so bad for him Despite that, he worked hard and by the time we finished eating, the place was spotless. They brought out hot, freshly baked bread that was incredibly tasty ā crisp on the outside and soft inside ā and the rest of the food was fresh, flavorful, and comforting. The cozy atmosphere made it a great spot for a family meal. Overall, we left happy and would definitely come back!

A good restaurant to go for a good sized group. The portions here are very large, I would highly recommend splitting the dinner plates between 2 people. Or ordering a few and serving everything family style. I haven't had a bad meal yet!
It's Amazing First There Was No Wait For The Parking And The Waiting Time Was Fast The Food Was Great I Recommend The Country Chicken And The Bread And The Workers/Service Was Very Nice It Was Not Even Full

They need to work more on their sandwiches , shawarma chicken as so dry , with the sliver of pickle and no taste, needs more spices and wouldnāt hurt to add couple French fries in, and not enough garlic, beef shawarma didnāt have much of the shawarma flavor . Please I am trying to point you guys to the right direction so you can fix it

Staff has become lazy and inattentive to customers. Walked in and we were only checked on once in the hour we were there. No drink refills offered. Food lacked flavor and dirty tables all around with no customers and staff just chatted in the back or behind the counter. Staff did not approach us with bill, we had to go ask. This restaurant used to be so much better a few years ago. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. There are many other businesses in dearborn and the surrounding area with much better food and more professional staff.

I ordered carry out for myself and the guys at work... everyone of us were pleasantly suprised by how fresh everything was. The chicken was hot and juicy, the pita was soft, the fried kibbee was crisp and the salad was crisp and fresh. The woman at the reguster was very friendly... This was my first time going here, but definitely not the last.

Love, love, love their country platters. The hummus is also the best in Dearborn, hands down! We order the country platter for 2 for my family of free and the larger country platters whenever we have guests.
