One star because the blizzards have almost no toppings, no exaggeration! It’s mostly ice cream. Don’t buy blizzards from this location. Tried multiple times.

The cones and their wrappers had a strong odor of industrial cleaner. When I called reported this to the manager, they dismissed my concern, insisting it was impossible for cleaner to come into contact with the cones due to the cones being on top of the ice cream machine. I found their explanation unsatisfactory and hope they address the issue before it poses a health risk.

The young girl got my order wrong I asked for a small cone she gave me a large cone I didn't recognize it to halfway eating it.
Very rude staff. They enjoy barking at people pretending they cannot hear because of facemasks. Then shoved ice cream at me and talked about me behind my back saying I was annoying standing there for my mobile order. Ghetto and unprofessional they lost a customer
Waited in line over 10 minutes literally no one is here, they won't pick up the phone. Could leave a sign saying on break or something, but no, just no one here. Absolutely unprofessional
i love this place and today i ordered a smoothie and when i was looking at the lady making it, i noticed she didn’t wear any gloves while cutting up the strawberry’s and bananas. i still love their drinks and everything else but that just disgusted me.
