UPDATE: Guest support refused to answer my emails. Still haven’t received my money or a confirmation as of 12/4. We are going on a month now!

Came in over the weekend with my girl, I ended up getting a tender and sandwich combo asked for no pickles and extra sauce/honey on the side.
My order came about 25 mins later, soggy bread, cold fries and chicken, had no sauce or honey on the side and ofcourse was loaded up with pickles even though I asked twice for no pickles.
When I told them about it they told me sorry and said it was too busy for them to help me which made no sense at all.
(Also when I asked to be compensated or get my money back, the cashiers looked me in the eye laughed at me and said we don’t do that here and to call the customer service number which was also extremely disrespectful)

Hey everyone so I’ve been going to this place for a long time my kids love this place but lately the food it’s been disgusting food is not clean not fully cooked in a few times when I ordered to the house, it arrives with just chicken no buns in the worst of all my kids finally get sick so now I can take them off that restaurant because they used to be so addicted to it so much i’ve owned the restaurant for many years and I think what they need over. There is a supervisor who goes around the employees and make sure that everything is prepared well clean and professional. Thank you I hope this message gets to the right person so they can fix that problem.
Honestly, I’ve been to Dave’s Hot Chicken many times, and they never disappoint. The customer service is always great — everyone is friendly and quick. The food is consistently good every single time. Fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot. Definitely one of my go-to places!
