Terrible customer service! Placed an order online, went to pick up the order as I’m waiting in line with one person ahead of me an employee asked “who has a pick and to step to the side” I’m which I did then was told it didn’t go through. I showed the transaction on my card and my order on my phone. I was told there was a glitch that’s all. As I’m waiting for a reply on what action the employee will take, I asked does this mean I have to place an order here. He replied yes, I told him now I lost my place in line and there are 5-6 people ahead of me. He just smirked and walked towards the kitchen. I left without making a purchase. The very least was to place my order again since I’ve already waited ten minutes.

Food is not consistent at all. Sometimes it’s decent and sometimes it’s greasy and soggy. They have also started skimping on the portion sizes whereas before they were much more generous. Not worth the money.
