Their products are good and packaged very well for their to go products. Custer service is questionable. I live four hours away but send my husband in there to bring me to go kits home. He was at work and asked me to send him an order of what I wanted brought home. I wanted to be prepared and tell him what I wanted so I messaged the Facebook page asking for a picture of their menu. I was told that I could come in and take a picture of the menu myself. I have had him stop in Midland or Mt. Pleasant since. 😊

Trash left all over in the parking lot. A bunch of kids loitering. No consideration for the other businesses. It’s been a a shit show for our neighborhood.

I am sure the 9 to 12 dollar drinks are great but the problems this place brings to the neighborhood is not worth it . The owners dont pick up the trash outside of the building they allow customers to physically assault people outside the establishment. These people are racing up & down the street with no regards to the people around them . Owners said its not there problem . We have seen paint ball gun fights , airsoft gun fights , fist fights you name it . This place is a disgrace to the neighborhood. Do better .

Last 3 times been garbage. Hands me this nonsense and asks should she remake it. Last time they gave me the wrong one and told me my drink is not green it's pink and now today it's green. They dont care. Nice but they dgaf. Time to start going back to my original spot. Clumpy and gross and spilling out. Trying to post pic. Hit or miss in here

They are very nice people and there drinks taste great, however they need to be more consistent with there pricing, 1 day they charge me $6 and the next day they charge me $9 - no addons for the same drink - literally no addons or nothing, which doesn't make sense, I feel like I'm getting robbed. On top of that the drinks are NOT mixed well after 2 or 3 sips it starts tasting like water and they pack it with ice to the brim.

I got to a lot of these tea shops and this is the worst one. They give you the teas not even fully mixed, you can see the chunks of powder in them. It’s all young kids working in there who don’t know how to properly mix the drinks. I’ll stick to the other locations.

Ps, the “clean caffeine” left me jittery with stomach in knots. Would not recommend.

Wonderful nutritional shakes, smoothies, drinks, freezes and etc. It's like an I.V. Treatment of excellence in a cup. They have post workout drinks, after workout, and the immune system supports drinks. Once you go here you will forever love it.. Thank me later lol ❤️

Charging $9 for a drink that came out of a packet mixed with us. Even when I ASKED for less ice I kid you not. 3/4 of the cup was ice. I don’t mind paying for a drink when it’s good, but charging $9 is quite literally the most insane thing I have ever heard of. And for the drink to come out of a PACKET? I will never stop at this rip off of a place ever again.

I hate the taste of protein shakes, but the shakes here are so good, i look forward to them. The teas are super good, especially during the hot weather. Low calories, zero sugar and the caffeine i need. Ones i recommend are sour gummy worm, tropical cotton candy. The vibe and people here are also chefs kiss. They make you feel like family. Been coming here for years
