I don’t like Cleveland reviews, but in this situation I have to I ordered a deep dish pizza which is always vegetarian with three items pay $30 plus a tip and the pizza was ice cold! i’ll be taking my business elsewhere and going back to the old-fashioned mom and Pops pizzerias!😉

The service here was absolutely phenomenal, but I fear the pizza itself especially the pepperoni has a strange taste to it that makes it very unenjoyable. This isn't subject to only this location though, at another it had that same strange taste as well

I had Edward and his staff cater a party for me. He was very professional and attentive to my needs. I ordered the sub platter and the jumbo pack pizza and the food was delicious! There were no leftovers and everyone was so impressed with both the sub platter and the pizza. I gave my guests Edward’s information so that they can order from him too. Thank you Edward and staff everyone left full and happy!

Ordered online just before 5 on a Thursday, 30 minutes later I show up to a locked door, lights off, and a $30 charge to my credit card. Nobody answering a phone. Don't order here, they might be closed and just stealing your money.

9/15/24. As of lately the Pizza Pies are not very good. Repeated carryout orders giving me a twice baked cheese pizza. Give me a freshly baked cheese pizza!!! All too often now the quality of the Pizza's are not like it used to be. What has happened? 20 year customer now looking elsewhere over here on The Westside for our pizza needs.

We decided to order a pizza and hadn't had Papa Romano's in over 20 to years. Not realizing that their last customer had just walked out, I walked in to place our order and they took my order without hesitation.
