Will never go to this location again. Ordered a latte with almond milk at the drive through but I needed to change it not even 30 seconds later to oat milk and was told the drink was already made even though I was still actively ordering other food and drinks. They refused to make the latte with oat milk even though I had not finished ordering and told me that next time I needed to get my order right the first time. Horrible customer service and if you come here to order make sure you don’t forget a single thing or you won’t get what you want.

I had a really good experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Everything went smoothly and the service was super quick. Reham helped me out, and she was honestly great—very kind, helpful, and fast without making it feel rushed. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s always nice when someone treats you with genuine care, and she definitely did. I’ll for sure be coming back because of the great service. ☕🍩

I have went to this store almost everyday these past two weeks the service and customer care is incredible welcoming. You walk inside and off back it's servers and cashiers greets you and help you decide if your clueless... Overall summary the prices are fair and reasonable, the customers service is ecstatically addictive, and to top it off the location is just right....

I went to grab a mangonada which has Tajin in it. They didn’t put any it. So I asked could they put a tad bit ( extremely small amount) of it in it! The girl acted confused about what I was requesting. So she finally figured it out. She came back and not only was it in a smaller cup, but she put almost a whole of Tajin in it . That was the most disgusting drink I have ever had. Look at this garbage on the picture. I will never go here again because they always jack something up. They should be ashamed of themselves for this

I’m modifying my review upward because I’ve noticed an improvement in speed of service. Drive thru is a lot better and even the walk-in service has improved from miserable to “could be better, could be worse.” The coffee has been more balanced lately too instead of over-sweetened. Keeping the hot chocolate machine fixed and continuing to improve the in-person experience will improve the rating.
