Long lines, some employees running crazy while others are standing around or moving like snails. I was initially ignored and brushed aside, but when the lady thought I was trying to get extra donuts she was suddenly quick to respond. Finally got my complete order and it was made incorrectly. The donuts were dry even though this was early morning. Will avoid this location in the future.

Everytime I used to come to Dunkin was pleasant. My orders were on point. I loved my drinks - no mistakes - but the past months I hated every drink I ordered. It was terrible. The coffee they gave me was so cold and the egg and cheese sandwich was so dry. Plus the donuts had flies on it. It’s so frkin disgusting. They are not clean at all. When I told them about the flies they took the Windex glass cleaner , started to spray while donuts are there. SO NASTTYYYYY

I've been visiting Dunkin' Donuts often . I love their hash browns and mostly, their matcha lattes. Everyone there is polite, and I wanted to leave a review so that everyone realizes there are outstanding employees that would go above and beyond for their customers. Today, I got to the drive through and this young lady was extremely sweet and lovely. I hope she's there every day ?. I told her to always make my drink whenever I’m there.They got my order wrong several times, but she made sure they got it right. My kids loved her vibes very lovely and beautiful smile. I love when staff members treat those they serve with respect, it makes us return more frequently. I believe her name was Zee!! shoutout to her and her team! Despite the fact that it was packed, we were able to get our drinks and fresh hash browns. Best Dunkin Donuts in town.
