I came in when the building first opened and was told by the lady preparing the bagels in the image I have below that usually the eggs are usually already made which is unsanitary. The lady at the cash register prepared my Bros Bay Breeze drink with no ice and didn’t fill it up all the way as y’all can see in the image below I asked her can she put more in the cup she and the other lady said they typically put ice in the drink so that’s why they barely filled it up but me asking for the drink with no ice was literally me wanting more drink in the cup she could’ve easily put more liquid inside of the cup and not left it quarter way full especially since all they did was use simply cranberry juice bottle with monin passion fruit syrup you can make that drink yourself easily without paying $4.19 for a large cup and get cheated out of the drink because you asked for no ice. I’m never going to this location again the service was horrible.

We ordered 2 everything bagel, the top was burnt, and while we were ordering there was a lady wearing a pink tshirt that kept interrupting the cashier while she was taking the order, that was rude and impolite, very rude lady that needs a lesson in how to manage a place, place was dirty, employees were not friendly at all, never ever going back there.

I stopped by the Einstein Bros. Bagels on Telegraph Rd in Dearborn and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent—friendly, fast, and efficient, which made the visit even better. The staff greeted me warmly and made sure everything was just right. The bagels were fresh as always, and the coffee was surprisingly good—smooth, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for. Overall, this location makes for a great stop whether you’re grabbing breakfast on the go or sitting down for a quick bite. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for great bagels, great coffee, and outstanding service.

My husband ordered the Country and Gravy Egg Sandwich, two eggs ($8.69). The cook did such a fantastic job with his bagel, my husband wants it weekly. In fact, he said it's something he could eat every day.
I'm looking forward to trying your vast selection of bagel lunches.

p.s. you will definitely need a sweater because it's very chilly.

Terrible experience. I came on Monday 4/7/25 after placing and paying for my order through the Einstein app. Arrived at 5:30AM and they were still closed although it showed them open online. I knocked on the door while the employee inside ignored me. Once she FINALLY acknowledged me I explained that I had already paid for my order on the app and she said she would refund the order. I agreed and waited 48 hours for the refund but instead they charged my account anyways. Find another bagel place because the employees at this location do NOT care.
