I have visited many stores but this is my favorite store. And Elaine is the best person I have seen . The quality, the service and the taste was just amazing.

Avoid this location at all cost. Why? 1. You can not order anything online from their doordash option to have your food prepared the way you want it. They do not allow for instructions to leave off certain things. So you have to get it the way they prepare it and you can't make any requests. So I had to go in person to order my food. 2. I get there and there's three people working with zero sense of urgency and only three other customers in the building. I stood there for approximately 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. Who appeared to be the manager was oblivious trying to train somebody and completely ignored the customers standing in line. Finally after the cook took my order and I assumed Was preparing my food, I thought it was good to go. 3. I go wash my hands and come back and I'm still standing there my food is not ready and the manager is just sitting there ignoring the customers in line explaining how to make a coffee drink tune apparent new hire. No one offered to ring up my food nobody seemed to really care what was going on. So I just left because I had a limited amount of time to do something what should have taken less than 5 minutes. I had to leave work to get my breakfast and then not get my breakfast. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. I had never been to Einstein Bagel Company before and thought it would be a nice first try. It's not. It was an awful experience and I will absolutely never return to any of their locations. Sunday morning should be the easiest time of the day to train anybody but yet they couldn't serve the four people in there adequately. Stay out of this place. It's a waste of time
so ive came here a few times & the workers always seem very moody & let me just say they need a new toaster because i go to the einstein bagel bros in canton & theirs are always crisp perfectly & also i thought it was because they are usually busy that they just throw the sandwich together , but today was super dead and the sandwich was super messy and too much of the cream cheese.. i might sound like a karen but im just expressing the differences ive noticed from the einstein bagel bros in canton & its sad because id rather come to heights location because im closer but the quality is just kinda lacking and like i said the toaster and the workers moods but i cant do to much now because i also used to be a barista and its hard to fake a smile nd fake act happy thru the day so i cant complain to much about that , honestly.. its just that the workers dont even welcome you or say have a nice day when your coming or going , so it feels kind of unwelcoming.
Very good and friendly service. The Bagels are always fresh and delicious. The Dearborn shop is top notch.
By God, I was shocked. I woke up at dawn and said I ordered a high-priced Dasher and was surprised to receive $12. This is the first time this has happened to me with Dasher orders. You can’t judge whether it was the restaurant that did this or the customer who ordered the order and did this. If this restaurant sends you orders from Dasher it's a country bag and it will take half an hour and they will give you $12 Don't make the order a country bag, then the driver is surprised after he leaves for half an hour and comes back half an hour later that $12 has been deposited. Make it a normal order.

Out of bagels, non professional attitudes and only accepting online orders? I drove 15 mins away and do not have any eatery apps on my phone anymore. Checking them off my list for good - not to ……friendly if you know what I mean😪 smh

Walk in and stood there only to be told thats its online only. Can't even order in the store. Got to be the stupidest business model.

During my visit on 9/8/24 @8:40 am when I went to grab my takeout I mentioned to the clerk (slim build, older, gray hair, white guy) I was to get a free coffee. He proceeded to get me a cardboard cup from the front counter and I said to him I wanted an iced coffee (as the ad states hot or cold). He turned around to the counter to get the iced coffee and while his back is to me I mentioned to him I wanted caramel in it. Mind you he didn’t ask me hot or cold coffee nor did he ask me if I wanted a flavor. After telling him I wanted caramel his body language said it all. He gave a heavy sigh and lowered his shoulders clearly expressing his frustration and being annoyed. I reached for the coffee and he sat it down. He mumbles something about some items on the counter where the coffee station is. I work in customer service for the United States Government and this attitude towards customers is ridiculous and unacceptable. This employee should either not work the morning shift or not work customer service at all. He brings down the morale of the Einstein Bagel brand towards customers. I’m sure it’s safe to say I’m not the first & won’t be the last. Reason being because he has been ALLOWED to behave this way. I will just have to my business to the competition. Not to mention my Maple (Maplehouse sandwich) bagel was toasted a little too hard. SMH
