I used to enjoy coming to this Einstein Bagels location, but it’s gone downhill — fast.
The food has become hit or miss lately. Bagels are sometimes stale, sandwiches come out cold, and service is noticeably slower. But the worst part is the environment created by the manager.
The atmosphere is tense and uncomfortable. You can hear the manager being rude and dismissive to the employees, even in front of customers. It’s awkward and unprofessional. No wonder the staff seem stressed — I’ve seen the manager talk over them, ignore them, and act like they’re doing everyone a favor just by showing up.
It’s hard to enjoy a breakfast sandwich when you’re watching someone get disrespected on the job. It’s not just bad leadership — it’s bad energy.
I hope corporate steps in and makes some serious changes, because the workers (and the customers) deserve better.

I came in for a quick breakfast, but left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. While the food and most of the staff were great, the way the manager treated their employees was absolutely unacceptable.
I witnessed the manager snapping at workers, being sarcastic, and showing zero respect for the people actually keeping the place running. You could see the frustration and embarrassment on the employees’ faces — they were clearly trying their best, and still getting talked to like they were nothing.
No one should be treated like that at their job, especially not in front of customers. It completely killed the atmosphere and honestly ruined what could’ve been a decent visit.
Einstein Bros. needs to seriously reevaluate who they’re putting in charge. A bad manager doesn’t just affect employees — it affects customers, too.

I usually enjoy coming to Einstein Bagels — the food is good and most of the staff are friendly and hardworking. But after what I witnessed recently, I won’t be returning to this location.
The manager was openly disrespectful to the employees right in front of customers. I watched them talk down to staff, roll their eyes, and speak in a rude, condescending tone. It was honestly uncomfortable and completely uncalled for. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in a professional setting — and especially not by someone who’s supposed to be leading the team.
It’s clear the employees are doing their best, and it’s sad to see their hard work get overshadowed by a toxic manager. If corporate is paying attention, I hope they take this seriously — because treating people like this isn’t just bad leadership, it’s bad business.
