Out of bagels, non professional attitudes and only accepting online orders? I drove 15 mins away and do not have any eatery apps on my phone anymore. Checking them off my list for good - not to ……friendly if you know what I mean😪 smh

During my visit on 9/8/24 @8:40 am when I went to grab my takeout I mentioned to the clerk (slim build, older, gray hair, white guy) I was to get a free coffee. He proceeded to get me a cardboard cup from the front counter and I said to him I wanted an iced coffee (as the ad states hot or cold). He turned around to the counter to get the iced coffee and while his back is to me I mentioned to him I wanted caramel in it. Mind you he didn’t ask me hot or cold coffee nor did he ask me if I wanted a flavor. After telling him I wanted caramel his body language said it all. He gave a heavy sigh and lowered his shoulders clearly expressing his frustration and being annoyed. I reached for the coffee and he sat it down. He mumbles something about some items on the counter where the coffee station is. I work in customer service for the United States Government and this attitude towards customers is ridiculous and unacceptable. This employee should either not work the morning shift or not work customer service at all. He brings down the morale of the Einstein Bagel brand towards customers. I’m sure it’s safe to say I’m not the first & won’t be the last. Reason being because he has been ALLOWED to behave this way. I will just have to my business to the competition. Not to mention my Maple (Maplehouse sandwich) bagel was toasted a little too hard. SMH

I think that I visited this shop over 15 years ago. As always, they are steady and friendly. However, recently I ordered the avocado toast and the avocado was not at all ripe! Some items may not be available. However, it’s generally a solid stop for good coffee.

Always great service! We get it for work breakfast about 1-2 a month. Service is always great!
I don’t think the people at this location can read. Or it’s just too early for them to function properly…not sure what the case it but I ordered the most simplest sandwich and got avocado toast. I guess since it didn’t have pork on it they didn’t care to pay much attention ??♀️?.

The bagels were delicious. Their espresso machine was down. Some of their coffee carafes were empty. The worker that took our order seemed to be the only one that could cash us out and she took several more orders before she did that and did not cash us out in the order that we had ordered. But the bagels were delicious!

I gave this place 5 stars 7 years ago I use to live in dearborn was one of the best Einstein location today I came with the kids sadly our food was made in a bad way bagels barley have cream cheese on it just a bit in the middle bagels was extra toasted not gonna come to this location anymore

Rating this strictly as a delivery service driver. This place is always on top of things. I've never had to wait for a order, and this includes catering orders. The staff and managers are always attentive and friendly and the food is always hot and sealed very well. I've eaten at this chain before, and gotta say the service is as good as the food! Thanks everyone!
