I have been staying in a nearby hotel. Coming to this Einstein location has become my favorite thing to do in the morning. The restaurant is well taken care of, but what makes it important is the wonderful staff Elaine and Michelle the managers do an excellent job of working with their staff and treating the customers with Kindness. The girls who worked Thanksgiving morning were wonderful !!! This is by far the best food quality and service I have ever had at an Einstein’s before. Top that with they were working on thanksgiving and still smiling says a lot !! Hands down an incredible team and you could tell they have a great manager as she was helping the others not just yelling at them. :) I would love take to this location back to Florida with me. Ours doesn’t compare to this one.

This location has the freshest bagels in all of metro Detroit. My coworkers beg me to pick up from Dearborn location because they are better than every other location. Employees are friendly and welcoming.
